CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 148/12 dated 19/9/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Ashok kumar that when said ASI was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Badri kumar S/O Sher Singh R/O Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) from his tea stall. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Ashok kumar I/O of PS Jogindernagar.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 255/12 dated 19/09/12 U/S 325, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lekhraj S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Mohi PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (H.P) that on 19/09/12 at about 11AM Naveen kumar S/O Lal Chand R/O Vill/ Jahu Khurd Tehsil Bhorang Distt. Hamirpur (HP) came along with his mother and beat him up and he sustained injury. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No.256/12 dated 20/09/12 U/S 341, 323 , 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajkumari W/O Sh. Parkash Chand Vill Badal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on today i.e. 20/09/12 when she was going to their agriculture field in mean time Sagari Devi W/O Sh. Devraj R/O Badahal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi Obstruct her way and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of PS Sarkagaht is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 257/12 dated 20/09/12 U/S 451, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sagari Devi W/O Sh. Devraj Vill. Badal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on today i.e. 20/09/12 when she was present in her house in mean time Smt. Raju Devi came along with her husband Parkash Chand and entered into the courtyard of complaint's house and beat her up .She sustained injury.HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5. 167 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 24 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered and 2 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
