CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 85/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 279 IPC and 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Nagender Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Kashla PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/09/2012 he was going along with Duni Chand, Govind Ram and Padam Singh by a car (HP02M-0193) and when they reached near Sahal, a car (HP33-7755) came very rashly and hit his van. HC Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Saran Dass S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Thuha PO Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 04/09/12 Shiv Ram S/O Sobha Ram and his wife Sita Devi resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

3.      Accused Padam Singh Bhatia S/O Sh. Shiv Ram VPO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was arrested on 04/09/12 at 06.30 PM by ASI Om Prakash, I/C P.P. Rewalsar who was wanted in case FIR No. 229/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

4. Case FIR No. 155/12 dated 04/09/12 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Sanoh PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) Technical Assistant BDO office Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 04/09/12 after discharging his duty at G.P. Baroti he along with Sunil Kumar were going back from office and when they reached at Bhanterhed, Suresh Kumar came there and beat him up. ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Inder Dev S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Vill. Bakaila PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/09/12 he was going by private bus (HP55-7104) from Dharli to Sundernagar and when reached near Khural, a tipper (HP31A-4930) came from Slapper side very rashly and hit above mentioned bus. HC Shanta Ram No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

6. Case FIR No. 234/12 dated 04/09/12 U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Chaudhary Ram R/O Vill. Benji PO Goplapur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he has invested amount of Rs. 3, 00,000/- lac (Three lac only) with Fast Track Mart Pvt. Ltd. and  Directors of above company namely Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Sampuran Singh R/O H. No. 1050 MIG Sector 32, Chandigarh Road Ludhiana (PB) and Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Sardar Prem Singh R/O Vill. Bamian Kalan PO Mundian Kalan Distt. Ludhiana (PB) issued cheques of different amounts in favour of him and he presented these cheques in the bank these cheques were bounced back with the remarks insufficient funds. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 235/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jamsai and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML country liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Jamsai PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried  out by SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

8.      Case FIR No. 236/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 447, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Ramehera PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi at present JBT GPS Bassi that on 04/09/12 at about 1 PM he listen noise in the premises of school and he saw that Jeet Ram S/O Late Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/O VPO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was breaking the boundary wall of the school. HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9.      Case FIR No. 141/12 dated 04/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI  Sat Pal I/C P.P. Ghatta  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ahju and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of Ahju Tehsil Joginernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP). ASI Sat Pal  I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10.  Case FIR No. 142/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tulah and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250  ML country liquor from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Narender Kumar R/O VPO Tulah Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi  (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried  out by HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbbharol.

CHALLAN

11. 75  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1900/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours
