CRIME REPORT 27 SEP

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 26/09/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Mayadhar PO Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 25/09/12 Khem Chand S/O Sh. Mahinder Paul R/O Vill. Nilampur PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructing her way and beat her up. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 92/12 dated 26/09/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki that during the course of checking of vehicles along with other police officials he recovered 54000 ML country liquor from the possession of Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Bham Singh R/O VPO Thalout Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) driver of an A/F vehicle. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C Police Post Balichowki. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 157/12 dated 26/09/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Chhajju Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that on 26/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Alsindi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML  country liquor from the possession of Umma Dutt S/O Sh. Durga Dutt VPO Alsindi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused   has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chhajju Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

4.     Case FIR No. 257/23 dated 26/09/12 U/S 447 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of DFO Mandi that Lal Man   constructed a house at Batahar on the land of forest department. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.     98 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,750/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 17 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
