CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 07/09/12 U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Katoch S/O Sh. Dhani Chand Katoch VPO Yol Cant Tehsil Dharmshala Distt. Kanga at present C/O MLSM College Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he purchased a piece of land from Raja Hari Sen having Khasra No. 5408/2184 near Mahamaya Mandir Sundernagar. On 07/09/12 at about 02.45 PM Nitin Kumar, his mother Lajja Devi and his wife entered in his land and cut down the plants and trees. ASI Jogindern Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

2. Accused Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Jandhod PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by the local police of P.S. Sundernagar who was wanted in case FIR No. 155/12 dated 04/09/12 U/S 353,332 IPC and he is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-I Sundernagar.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

3. Khub Ram S/O Sh. Ganga Ram VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi and Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Bushehar PO Galmah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C.  by the local police of P.S. Sundernagar who is being produced before the SDM Sundernagar.

4.      Case FIR No. 146/12 dated 07/09/12 U/S 447,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Satyavrat Sharma VPO Sakroha Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that he resides maximum at Shimla and during his absence some unknown persons constructed the road on his land by JCB and cut down the trees from his land. HC Chhajju Ram No. 67 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMIAL TRESPASS AND HURT

           

5.      Case FIR No. 147/08/09/12 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Dagi Ram R/O Vill. Lithhri Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 07/09/12 Panchayat Secretary of G.P. Gawalpur along with Vice President Kushal Singh of G.P. Gawalpur entered in his room and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

6. Case FIR No. 86/12 dated 08/09/12 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Parja Devi W/O Sh. Bhime Ram R/O Vill. Jalnid PO & Sub Tehsil Balichowki that on 30/08/12 Chaudhary Ram S/O Sh. Jhaber  VPO Balichowki kidnapped her husband. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7. 96  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 27 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 2700/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
