CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 18/9/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Singh S/O
Mohan Singh Vill. Kandhi Tilli P.O. Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi
that on 18/9/12 at 7.40 AM Private Bus No. (HP-33A-2838) stopped at
place Tilli in mean time M/Cycle No. (HP-32-150) came very rashly
and cross from the side of Bus very rashly and lost control upon the
M/Cycle and fell down about 20-25 feet downward from road. In this
accident M/Cycle rider namely Luharu Ram sustained injury . This
incident occurred due to rash and negligent riding by the rider of
above M/Cycle namely Luharu Ram. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of PS
Gohar is investigating the case .

2 Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 18/9/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O
Karam Chand Vill. Sateyog PO & Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi that on
18/9/12 at place Tilli when road was closed due to road accident near
Tilli and in mean time driver of HRTC Bus No.(HP65-1826) Namely Desh
Raj R/O Dari PO. Tunna Tehsil Chachiot was doing bus back during this
above said bus fell down from the road and all the ill-fated 80
passengers sustained injuries .ASI Hans Raj I/O of PS Gohar is
investigating the case
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

3 Case FIR No. 89/12 dated 17/09/12 U/S 279,337 , 304(A) IPC has been
registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Layakat Ali S/O Yusuf
Ali Jarla Kori the Gagrat Distt. Una that on today at about 10:30 AM
hat when he was going to his home along with his fellows and his wife
Ilma Bibi and son Rashik when they reached Aut Tunnel in mean time
one jeep No. HP01k-2951 came from kullu side very rashly and
negligently and hit his wife and two of his fellows . In this
incident his wife Ilma Biwi Died on the spot . this incident occurred
due to rash and negligent driving of driver of above said Jeep namely
Gopal Chand S/O Paras Ram VPO Khokan Distt. Kullu .ASI Mohar Singh I/O
PS Aut is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4 Case FIR No. 90/12dated 17/09/12 U/S 279,337 338 IPC has been
registered on the complaint ofSmt.. Kusum W/O Anil Kumar VPO Nagwai
Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi that on 17/09/12 at about 7;15PM when she
along with her husband were on going evening walk near by nagwai in
mean time One scooter No.( HP34A- 1014) came from behind her with
rashly and negligently and hit her husband due to this incident her
husband sustained injury.HC Prakaram I/O of PS Aut is investigating
the case.
CASE AGAINST PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

5 Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 17/09/12 U/S 174(A) IPC has been
registered in PS Sundernagar by Ld Court JMIC-1 Sundernagar on the
complaint No. 30-111/2005 U/S 138 NI Act against Accused Luxman Pande
R/O House No. 13 Tipra Colony Kalka (HR) he has been declaired
Proclaimed Offender by order on 13/07/2010 passed by the LD Court and
aforesaid accused produced in the Ld court on 15/09/12 in someone
other case . HC Devinder Kumar No. 863 I/O of PS Sundernagar is
investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT , RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
6 Case FIR NO. 248/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act
has been registered in PS Sadar On the complaint of Vandna Kumari D/O
Sh. Sukh Dev R/O House No. 288/02 Indira Abass Colony Purani Mandi
that at about 8:50 AM when she was going to school along with her
sister Diksha and when theyn reached near Victoria Bridge in mean
time car No. HP33B-2525 came came very rashly and negligently and hit
her sister Diksha and she sustained injury. This incident occurred
due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of above said car .
HC Brij Lal No. 906 I/O traffic wing city is investigating the case
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT .

7 Case FIR NO. 249/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 336, 427 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of the Sh. Bhupender Pual
Tondon R/O House No. 53/1 Hari Kuteer Jawahar Nagar Mandi that PWD
Deptt. .constructing a vertical wall in front of his house during
rainy season which caused massive land slid and their house
immenstly damaged .this incident occurred due to the negligently work
done by the PWD Deptt. HC Balak Ram No. 540 I/O PS Sadar is
investigating the case

8 CaseFIR No. 250/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manjeet Kumar S/O
Krishan Singh R/O Garodu PO Ner chownk that on 18/09/12 when he was
going to Gada gusaini along with the recovery van HP 33A-8288 along
with sunil kumar and pawan kumar when they reached at place 6 mil
in mean time Private bus No. (HP 39A -4955) Prem Bus service came
from kullu side very rashly and negligently and hit the recovery van
this incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the
driver of above said bus .HC Manohar Lal No. 15 I./O high way patrol
is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT .

9 Case FIR NO. 245/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Maya Devi W/O Nek
Ram Vill. Dabrog PO sarkaghat that on 18/09/12 at about 1:15 PM the
driver of Bus No. (HP 69A-0803) lost the control upon the bus and
bus collied with her shop at Dabrog due to which he sustained
injuries. This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving
of the drive of above said bus .HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I/O PS
Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10 89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,700/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 27 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 2700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
