CRIME REPORT 21 SEP

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1.       case FIR No. 259/12 dated   21/9/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered on the  complaint of Parvti Devi W/O Sher Singh Vill kanchadi PO Bagi Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi(HP) that on 21/9/12 at about  7 PM   Smt Meena Devi W/O Puran Chand  , Nagender  and Dina Nath obstruct her way and beat her up. HC  Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case .

 

CASE AGAINIST PROCLAIMED OFFENDER U/S 174(A) IPC

 

2.       Case FIR No. 153/12 dated 20/9/12 U/S 174 IPC has been registered  in PS Karsog by ASI Om Prakash  that on 19/9/12 at 6.00 PM when  said ASI was  searching   the  Proclaimed Offender wanted in  Case  FIR No. 180/09 dated 28/1/09 U/S 341, 323, 506, 324 IPC at Jaoung  along with other police officials then he saw a person having  same description  as per P.O. Of FIR No. 180/09 having same name and address mentioned in Case FIR No. 180/09 and accused arrested by the  ASI Om Prakash I/O of this PS Karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

3.        Case FIR No. 154/12 dated 21/9/12 U/S 427, 447 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog  on the complaint  of Sh. Mathu Ram Village & PO GawalPur Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/9/12 one  Man Singh S/O Bajaru Ram Village & PO Gawal Pur Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) grassing his apple orchard with goat and also broken the plants of apple. HC Chajju Ram I/O of PS karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY AND THEFT

5        Case FIR No. 253/12 dated 21/09/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Padma Devi Presently head misstress of Jajwahan Primary School  Distt. Mandi(HP) that  during the  intervening night of 20/21-09-12 some unknown culprits stolen away the Gas cylinder along with burner and  regulator from the school. ASI  Brij Lal I/O of PS  Sadar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN  

6      100 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
