Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 447,451,323,427,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Basant Singh S/O Sh. Haria Ram R/O Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Gulana Ram, Smt. Mahajnu W/O Sh. Gulaba Ram, Gulaba Ram S/O Sh. Jalam, all resident of village Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi entered with common intention and broke the wall of newly constructed house and they also beat up his father. ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

Kass PO BHararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he was sitting in his courtyard, in the mean time Kewal Singh S/O Sh. Shanti Sawaroo, Nidhi Singh S/O Sh. Shanti Sawaroop R/O Kass came in his courtyard and beat him up along with his daughter-in-law Pammi Devi and grandson Sumit Kumar. ASI Subhash Chand I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

Case FIR No. 263/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gulaba Ram S/O Sh. Nath Ram R/O Vill. Barot PO Balhra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 29-30/09/12 some unknown culprits stole away golden jewellary from the temple of Jalpa Mata at Suhagra. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 75,000/-. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

Case FIR No. 268/12 dated 29/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act as been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O VPO Rajgarh Distt. Mandi that on 29/09/12 he was going to his home by his M/Cycle (HP33B-6766) and when he reached neat Baggi, in the mean time a car of white colour came from opposite side very rashly and negligently and hit his M/Cycle and sped away from the spot. He sustained injuries in this accident. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 267/12 dated 29/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that on 29/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chhajwali and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML country liquor from the possession of Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Village Chhajwal PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

Case FIR No. 159/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 29/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bandli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML country liquor from the possession of Khub Ram S/O Sh. Brij Lal at present shopkeeper at Bandli. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.

1. Case FIR No. 260/12 dated 28/09/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal I/C Police Post Pandoh that on 28/09/12 he along with other police officials laid a nakka at Seven Mile on N.H. 21, in the mean time a private Bus of M/S Anuj Travel (HP65-3684) came from Kullu side and during the course of checking of above bus he recovered 2 KG 400 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Ashwin Bansal S/O Sh. Chander Prakash R/O H. No. 5 Sector 4 Mansa Devi Complex Panchkula, Haryana. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P. Pandoh.

Mandi that on 28/09/12 Pushap Raj along with another person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 266/12 dated 28/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Sharma S/O Sh. Hem Chand R/O Vill. Khiyuri PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 28/09/12 a M/Cycle (HP33B-4621) a M/Cyce (HP33B-4621) came from Dadour side towards Nerchowk and a truck (HP31B-0269) came from Mandi side and when they reached near MRF shop Nerchowk hit above M/Cycle and rider of said M/Cycle Raj Kumar @ Raju S/O Sh. Briju R/O Vill. Seri PO Chunaan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi fell down on the road and sustained injuries and truck driver sped away from the spot. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Palauhata PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi was declared proclaimed offender on 16/03/2010 and said accused surrendered before the court on 25/09/12. Salwana were recorded fake attendances in the mustrolls of MANREGA works and misappropriated the govt. funds. ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Janjhail and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3180 ML Country Liquor and 180 ML English Wine from the possession of . Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Jhanjhail PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Janjhail and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Prithi Singh S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Jhanjhail PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY
9. Case FIR No. 93/12 dataed 29/09/12 U/S 420, 467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Laban Thakur S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O H. No. 88/6 Samkhetar Mohalla Distt. Mandi that he collected information of G.P. Mani through RTI Act and found that in Mustroll No. 67(016169) and Mustroll No. 70 (016172) Chuharu S/O Sh. Paras Ram was marked as present in both of the mustrolls during the period w.e.f. 01/11/2008 to 30/11/2008 and payment of same receipt No. 47 Boucher No. 149 amounting to Rs. 400 was paid to Rabtu Ram who had already expired many years ago. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

1.     Case FIR No. 151/12 dated 28/9/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar  by  ASI Govind  Pal I/C PP Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officiails at Dadhon and during the course of patrolling he recovered  4500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of   Parkesh Chand S/O Damodar Dass R/O Dadhon PO Ladbharol Distt Mandi (H.P.) from his karyana shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Govind Pal I/C PP Ladbharol.

2.     2.                     Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act has been registered in PS Padhar  by  HC Hari Singh  that on 27/09/ 12 at about 6:30 PM when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered2250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of  Prem Chand S/O Sh Bhuri Singh Vill Kulander P.O. Drang Tehsil  Padhar from his Chicken shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried by HC Hari Singh NO 407 I/O of  PS Padhar.

3.     Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered  in PS Padhar by  HC Prem Singh that on 27/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Nagrota and during the course of patrolling he recovered  375 ML  illicit Liquor from the possession of   Biri Singh S/O Sh Sant Ram Vill Nagrota P.O. Drang Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP).   Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being  carried out  by HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of  PS Padhar.

Mandi that on 27/09/12  Ravi Kumar  S/O Sh. Prittam Singh VPO Awahdevi  Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur  stole away Rs. 1500/- from a temple situated at village Garauru . Accused has been arrested and further  investigation of the case is being carried  out by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I/O of PS Sarkaghat .

6.     Case FIR No. 77/12 dated  27/09/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered  in PS BSL Colony on the  complaint of Sh. Vishal Gupta S/O Sh. Birbal Gupta R/O  House No. 91/11 Purana Bazar, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/12   he received a SMS from a  Mobile No.+918285350012  on the name of Nokia Award Team 20 Craven Park Hari Lesden, Landon NW 10 (UK) regarding  Nokia Mobile Lottery. After receiving this SMS complainant deposited amount of Rs. 10,24,605/- with above company which cheated the complainant dishonestly.  SI/SHO Firoj Khan is investigating the case .

7.     Case FIR No. 78/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S  61 Excise Act has been registered by  HC Karan Singh  that on  27/09/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotla and during the course of patrolling he recovered   3 liter illicit from  the  possession of   Leela Devi W/O Alam Ram R/O Kotla PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP).  Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Karan Singh No 24  I.O. of PS BSL Colony.

8.     Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S  61 of Excise Act has been registered  in PS BSL Colony by  HC Sant Singh that on  27/09/12 at about 7 PM he was  on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  555 ML Country Liquor  and 180 ML English wine  from the  possession of Prem Chand S/O Sh. Hardu Ram R/O Ropa PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and  further investigation is being carried out  HC Sant Singh  No 81 I/O of  PS BSL Colony.

Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C Police Post Balichowki.

Karsog  that on 26/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Alsindi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML  country liquor from the possession of Umma Dutt S/O Sh. Durga Dutt VPO Alsindi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused   has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chhajju Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog

CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1.     Case FIR No 165/12 dated 26/09/12 U/S 498(A), 306 IPC has been registered  in PS Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh.  Om Prakash S/O Sh. Shadhu Ram  R/O Village Khandla P.O. Jachh Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that about 9 years ago his daughter Teji Devi was  married with Rattan Lal S/O Sh. Krishan Singh R/O Patkan PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Soon-after marriage of his daughter her husband Rattan Lal started to harass his daughter and due to his harassment on 25/09/12 she committed  suicide. Insp. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No.  150/12 dated  25/09/12 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh Chura Mani R/O Dhanehar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi that on  20/09/12 he  was going to  Galu, in the meant time  Shyam Lal R/O Ropa Padhar beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 875 I/O of this PS Padhar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 113/12 dated 25/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act  has been registered in PS Gohar  by  HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 25/09/12 he was on  patrolling along with other Police officials at Tarour and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 liter and 550 ML illicit liquor  from the possession of  Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Sagar Chand Vill. Tarour PO Segli Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I/O of  PS Gohar.

4.      Case FIR No. 114/12 dated  25/09/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act  has been registered  in PS Gohar  by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar  that on 25/09/12 at about 5.45PM  he was on  patrolling along with other  police officials at Sunather and during the course of patrolling  he recovered 3 liter illicit liquor from the possession of   Bhima Ram S/O Sh. Saunu Ram R/O Vill. Sunather PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation  of the case is being  carried out by ASI Jeet Singh  I/O of  PS Gohar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND THEFT

5.     Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 25/09/12  U/S 341,323 , 382, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Dipak Kumar S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O VPO Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that t on 26/09/12  he was going to Shimla by his  vehicle ( HP30-2263) along with Sh. Dasogar Singh,Sh.  Manohar and Sh. Chet Ram and when they reached at Alsindi, in the mean time a vehicle (HP 30-2138) came from back side which was boarded by  Bittu, Kripa Ram, Lachu and Bittu etc. overtake his vehicle and they all beat him up and also snatched cash of worth Rs. 27,000/-. ASI Rajender Singh I.O.of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 25/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Smt. Chaitana Thakur W/O Sh. Kehar Singh R/O Koli Bhahad Distt. Kullu that on 24/09/12 she was going to her home along with Anita D/O Sh. Amar Chand, Smt. Pooja Thakur W/O Sh. Nathu Ram R/O Prakshi Distt. Kullu, Smt. Sunita W/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Koli Bhahad by a car (HR07C-7984) and when they reached AT Palshehad above mentioned car rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving by car driver and they all sustained injuries. 2.     Case FIR No. 264/12 dated 24/09/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI (Prob.) Munesh Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 24/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling he found that Dhanjai S/O Sh. Bihari R/O VPO Nerchowk was selling vegetables on the road side by laying baskets which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. SI (Prob.) Munesh Sharma I.O. of P.S. Kunta Devi presently  Head teacher of Govt Primary School Behna that  during the intervening  night of  22-23/9/12 some unknown culprits stole  away  three gas cylinders by  breaking   the  locks of the door of Govt Middle   &  primary Schools of Behna. 1.      Venue for written test for male candidates  of district Mandi who qualified in  Physical Efficiency Test for the posts of constables during the course of recruitment is being held at 3rd I.R.Bn. Pandoh w.e.f. 13/09/12 to 20/09/12 is Jawahar Lal Nehru Govt. Engineering College Sundernagar whereas venue for written test for female candidates of district Mandi who qualified in physical efficiency test for the posts of constables during the course of recruitment is being held at 3rd I.R.Bn. Mandi HP, That on 18/9/12 he along with Recovery Van No. HP-33A-8288 with Operator Sunil Kumar and Assistant  Operator Pawan Kumar. When he along with recovery van reached near 6 Mile. In the mean time one Private Bus namely Prem Bus Service HP-39A-4955 came from Kullu side very Fast in wrong direction and hit my Recovery van. The passengers of bus sustains injuries in this incident. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of above bus driver Case is being investigated by Manohar lal NO. 15 I/O High Way Patrol Sadar Mandi.

 

4.      Case FIR NO. 92/12 Dated 19-9-2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Hem Singh R/O Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP . He stated that he is a driver of Truck No . HP65-2241 on 19-9-2012 he loaded the cement from Baggi to J/Nagar . At about 6.30 am when he reached near Drang at the mean time one Truck No. HP32B-1056 Came very rashly and negligently from Palli side and hit his Truck from the front.  In this clash he sustained injury in his right leg and also the driver of Truck No. HP32B-1056 sustained injuries. Case has been investigated by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I/O PS Padhar.

5.      Case FIR No. 91/12 Dated 18-9-2012 U/S 336,287,427,34 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Kahan Singh R/O Vill. Thuji PO Barot Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP . He Stated that he run a meat shop at lakkar bazzar Barot.On dated  17-9-20120 at about 8 pm he close his shop and went to home due to heavy rain . On dated 18-9-2012 at about 2.30 am he wake up and saw that it was raining very heavily and then at once a lot of water came in to his house on this he along with his family went to a peak and saw that there was a lot of people together their. After some time water entered in PHC Barot on the ground floor there was 8-10 patients  admitted  in the ground floor and they were saved by the Police , local people with the help of rope .At once 20-22  shops of lakkar  bazzar Barot  flowed  in the flood . Then he knew that PSEB Project did not opened  any gate to control the  over flow of water and this occurrence take place due to the negligence of night duty staff  of  PSEB Project . Due to this flood approximately 26 lakhs property damaged  and 5 vehicles flowed away . No any causality of human life in this happening.   Case is being investigating by SI/SHO Sanjeev Kumar PS Padhar.

Its collapsed and causing massive land slide which fell on their houses. The houses immensely damaged . This incident occurred due to negligent work done by PWD Department. and cross from the side of Bus very rashly and lost control upon the
M/Cycle and fell down about 20-25 feet downward from road. In this
accident M/Cycle rider namely Luharu Ram sustained injury . This
incident occurred due to rash and negligent riding by the rider of

rainy season which caused massive land slid and their house
immenstly damaged .this incident occurred due to the negligently work

8 CaseFIR No. 250/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manjeet Kumar S/O
Krishan Singh R/O Garodu PO Ner chownk that on 18/09/12 when he was
going to Gada gusaini along with the recovery van HP 33A-8288 along
with sunil kumar and pawan kumar when they reached at place 6 mil
in mean time Private bus No. (HP 39A -4955) Prem Bus service came
from kullu side very rashly and negligently and hit the recovery van
this incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the
driver of above said bus .HC Manohar Lal No. 15 I./O high way patrol
is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT .

9 Case FIR NO. 245/12 dated 18/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Maya Devi W/O Nek
Ram Vill. Dabrog PO sarkaghat that on 18/09/12 at about 1:15 PM the
driver of Bus No. (HP 69A-0803) lost the control upon the bus and
bus collied with her shop at Dabrog due to which he sustained
injuries. This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving
of the drive of above said bus .HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I/O PS
Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1. Case FIR No 253/12 dated 16/09/12 U/S 498A,306 IPC has been registered  in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sarwan Kumar S/O Sh Sant Ram R/O village Kot Langsa PO Awahdevi Tehsil  Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur (HP) that his daughter Sapna Devi was married with Kushal Kumar S/O Sh Pratap Chand Village Karyal PO Cholthra  Tehsil Sarkaghat  during the month of December  2011. After 4/5 month of her marriage, her husband, Father-in-law, mother-in-law Ramila Devi  and sister-in-law Bhabna Devi started to torture his daughter Sapna Devi and on 16/09/12 she committed suicide.  SI Kripal Singh I/O  of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 247/12 dated 16/0912 U/S 451, 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Subhadra Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal  R/O H.No. 46/5  Palace Colony  Mandi that on dated  16/09/12  at about 5 PM  when she was working  the  construction in her house alongwith  her relatives, in the mean time  Subhash Arora entered in her house, obstructed  the  smooth way of construction work   and beat her up. HC Inder Singh  No. 7 I/O of PP  City is investigating the case .

4. Case FIR No.. 257/12  dated  16/9/12U/S  279,337  IPC has been registered  in PS Balh on the complaint  of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill Doh PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 16/09/12 at about 2:15PM a Maruti car No. (HP34A-0021) came from Galu side  vary rashly and negligently when said  car reached near  by Jangal Galu, it  fell down about 400 mtrs. downward from the road  and driver of said car Sh. Harish Chand R/O Vill Doh  sustained  injury. HC  Suman Kumar No. 39 I/O of PP Rewalsar  is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

            Case FIR No. 89/12 dated 17/09/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Liaqat Ali S/O Sh. Yusuf Ali R/O VPO  Jarlakodi Tehsil Gagrat Distt. Una that on 17/09/12 he was going to his home along with his wife Ilmi Bibi and Son Rasik, when they reached nearby a tunnel at Aut, a jeep (HP01K-2951) driven by Gopal Chand S/P Sh. Paras Ram VPO Khokhan Distt. Kullu (HP) came from Kullu side very rashly and negligently and hit his wife Ilmi Bibi and his two buffalos. Due to which his wife Ilmi Bibi died on the spot. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Rakkar PO Ratti  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/12  at about 2 PM when he was coming  back  to his home on the Motor cycle of his friend Parkash chand S/O Dharam  Chand  R/O Jajrot motor cycle No.( HP33B-5681) when they reached near RaniBai  in mean time car No. (HP33-7768) came from Pandoh side very rashly and negligently and hit the Motor cycle . This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the driver of above said Car. HC Chaman Lal  No. 909 I/O of HighWay  PS Sadar is investigating the case .  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 146/12 dated 15/9/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Subhash Chand  that when said ASI was on patrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 2820 ML Country Liquor  from the possession of  Partap Chand S/O  Amar singh R/O Bhatta PO Jalpeher Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi (H.P) from his tea stall. Accused has been  arrested  and  further  investigation  is being carried out by SI Subhash Chand I/C of  PP Bassi .

Tolu Ram R/O Village Kadhyan PO  Boching  Tehsil  Padhar Distt Mandi that on 15/9/12 at about 10 PM  when he was present  in his room  in mean  time  Inder Singh S/O Sh Prabhdayal , Rajmal S/O Sh Prabhdayal both of  R/O Village Kadhyan PO Boching  Tehsil  Padhar Distt Mandi  entered  into  the   courtyard  of his  house and beat him up.   ASI Charan Singh I/O of  PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASH OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No 251/12 dated 15/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered   in PS Sarkaghat by HC Jagdish Chand  No 43 that on 15/09/12 a truck No (HP 13-0377) fell  about 50/60 mtr.  downward from the road  at place Gehra  and three person got injured.  This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of the  driver Madan kumar S/O Sh. Dandu Ram .HC Jagdish Chand  No 43 I/O  of PP Dharmpur is investigating the case

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

5        Accused Duni Chand S/O Sewak Ram  Vill. Bagla PO Badsu Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi hp age 52 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No.  244/12 dated 6/9/12 U/S 306 IPC on 15/9/12 by ASI Shemsher Singh  I/O PS Balh and  he will produced  before the Ld Court JMIC-2 Mandi on  today i.e.16/9/12
