CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1        Case FIR No. 149/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 341,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chandermohan Rana S/O Sh. Bal Krishan Rana R/O  Badsu Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/15   Mahesh  & Yadvinder   obstructed  his way and beat him up. SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT 

2        Case  FIR No. 150/15 dated 21/06/15 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act has  been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O  Hathithan PO Bhunter Teshil  Bhunter  that on 20/06/15  he   was  coming  to  Manali by  Taxi(HP01A-2466)  and  reached  near  Hotel  Valley  View , in the   mean time  a Car (HP34D-4400)   came rashly  from  Mandi side and   hit  his car. SI  Kuldeep  Chand   I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY 

3        Case FIR   No.153/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 420, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Harmesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O  Gohar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   Smt.  Sunita Devi    W/O  Sh. Rakesh Thakur R/O   Sarkaghat  obtained    fake   certificate of Basket ball  championship  and  got   service   in a department of H.P. Govt.  against Sports  quota  during the year 2009.  SI  Satish Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.154/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Mansha Ram R/O  Panihour PO  Rakhota Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 20/06/15  a Tipper(HP28-2115) came rashly and  hit  to  Amar Singh  who sustained  injuries.  HC  Vijay  Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF MURDER,  HURT , RIOTING , CRIMINAL TRESPASS , MISCHIEF  AND ARSON

 

5        Case FIR  No. 56/15 dated 20/06/15   U/S 302, 323, 147, 148, 451, 436, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of    Sh. Gurvinder  Singh  S/O Sh. Randhir Singh  R/O Kishanpura PO  Bajitpur Tehsil Bassi Distt. Fathegarh  Sahib(PB)  that  he  works  under the  Contractor Rajiv Sharma.  On 20/06/15  he was  working  alongwith  his friends Gagandeep, Balbinder, Satvir Singh, Lavli, Hari, Teja,  Simarnjeet Singh  &  Jitender, in the mean time  local laborer came there and  beat  him up  alongwith his friends  and   In  this incident Four persons Harri, Teja, Simarnjeet Singh  & Jitender  died and  fiver person sustained injuries and  also burnt   their  three vehicles.    ASI   Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6        Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 21/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh  S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O  Dalah PO  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/15  Jai Ram resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and  also threatened  with dire consequences.  SI  Sandeep  Choudhary  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        159   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 35,700/-  was  recovered  and 1 challan  was    issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
