CRIME REPORT 17 JUNE

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No.149/15 dated 16/06/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat   by  SI Parveen Kumar I/C of PP Hatli  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  15 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the  possession of  Sh. Yashwant Singh  S/O Sh. Sh.Munda Ram  R/O  Bari Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Parveen Kumar I/C of  PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.156/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 452, 341, 504, 506, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sunderngar on the complaint  of  Smt.  Ratni Devi  W/O Sh. Nand Lal  R/O  Pandrah PO  Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/06/15  Gyan Chand &  Pawan Kumar  entered  in her courtyard and beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC  Parbhakar No. 872  I.O. of  PP Dehar  is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No.157/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh.  Manish   Goal S/O Sh. Chand Goel R/O  Ramshalla  Gali  Ganesh  Chowk  Shamli  PO  Tehsil  Shamli  (UP) that on 17/06/15   when he  was  present  near Harabag,  in the   mean time  a  Motor Cycle  rider came rashly  and   hit   to him.  HC  Tek  Chand  No. 902  I.O.   of PP  Slapper  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

4          Case FIR No.158/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Vikash S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O  Tarot PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 17/06/15    when he was present in his shop , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP33C-5003)  came rashly from  Sundernagar  side and  hit  a  Jeep   which was  coming  from the opposite  side . SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

5         153      Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 36,800/-  was  recovered  and 5 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered  and 4  challans were    issued under  Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 7900 /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
