Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli that on 02/06/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kuthah and during the course of patrolling he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Chandermani R/O Tungadhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 02/06/15 U/S d279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Sonu Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/15 he alongwith Surinder Kumar, Mukesh Kumar , Mast Ram were going to Sikari Mata Temple by Car (HP32A-1577) and when they reached near Raigarh in the mean time driver of said car lost the control on the car due to rash driving and car fell down 150 feet downwards from the road and all the occuopants who were board on said car sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Jajehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
8 Case FIR No. 56/15 dated 01/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Palyuni PO Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/15 Ram Singh S/O Sh. Khem Raj obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequence. ASI Khalil Ahamod I/C of PP Nihri is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
9 Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 01/06/15 U/S 324, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the compliant of Sh. Dutt Ram S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Jandroli PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/15 Yashwant Singh resident of the same locality beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequence. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10 183 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 26,700/- was recovered and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
