CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.135/15 dated 15/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Hira Singh  R/O  Saini Mohari PO Aalthu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/06/15   he alongwith Dagu  Ram were  going , in the mean  time  Amit Kumar  obstructed   their  way and beat him up  and    also threatened   him with dire consequence.  HC  Ram Singh  No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is  investigating the case.

CASE  OF  HURT

2        Case FIR No. 87/15 dated 15/06/15  U/S 324  IPC  has been registered  in  P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Shyam  Singh   R/O  Kothi PO  Khadiyar Thara Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Hans Raj  resident of   the  same  locality  beat him up and he  sustained  injuries.  HC  Anil Kumar  No. 412  I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 146/15  dated 15/06/15 U/ S   279, 337  IPC  & U/S  187 MV  Act  has  been registered  on P.S.  Balh on the complaint of   Sh. Amar  Singh  S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram  R/O  Bhour PO Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar (HP) that   he  is working as a conductor  with  Bus(HP31B-2145)  and  when he was on the route   Mandi to Sundernagar alongwith said  Bus  and reached  near  Bagla, in the mean time  a Truck(HR47A-9081) came rashly and hit  said bus  and four occupants  who were boarded said bus sustained injuries.  HC  Rajmal No. 875  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case  FIR No.145/15 dated 15/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.   Kapil S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O House  No. A/681A-Phase  -1 Sushant Lok Gurgoan Sector-29 (HR)  that on 15/06/15  he  alongwith his family  were going to  Manali  by  Car(HR26BE-4157)  and when they reached near Gutkar, in the mean time  a Car(PB01-5564)  came rashly from Mandi  side and  hit    his car and his  wife  sustained injuries.  ASI  Jagdish Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

 

5        Case FIR No. 65/15  dated 15/06/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  SI Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Balichowki  that on 15/06/15   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Larji and during the course of  patrolling he  recovered  7 Bottles  of Illicit Liquor   from the possession of  Tek Chand  S/O Sh. Tikkam Ram  R/O  Nishani PO Thachi Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 

6        147 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 18,100/-  was  recovered  and 7 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered  and 3  challans were    issued under  Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 13,500  /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
