CASE OF   OBSTRUCTNG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.85/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kallu Devi  W/O Sh. Shesh Ram  R/O  Kalcham PO  Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/15  Dindu Devi  W/O Sh. Saunu Ram R/O  Jugahan PO  Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained  injuries and  threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917  I.O. of PP  Janjehli is  investigating the case.  HC  Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2       Case FIR No. 63/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered  in P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Kripa Ram S/O  Late. Sh. Atma Ram R/O  Jaral PO Nihari Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/15  an Alto car(HP32-1075) which was driven  by   Pushp Raj ,  came rashly from Sundernagar  side and  hit a  pedestrian  and   sustained  injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3        Case FIR No. 137/15 dated20/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of Sh. Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O  Chahal PO  Kamand Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he alongwith Gurdyal Singh   were going to Mandi by  Motor Cycle(HP33B-2452)  and when reached near Bijani, in the mean time  a Van (HP33A-3301)  came from Mandi rashly and  collided with each other . This  accident  occurred due to rash  riding  of said Motor   Cycle and   Van  driver namely   Karan Thakur  and  they all sustained injuries.  ASI  Hem  Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

 

 4       Case FIR No. 147/15 dated 20/06/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lajja Devi W/O Sh. Mitter Dev R/O  Palyani PO  Badsu Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/15  Harish Kumar , Anju, Kanta Devi  all the resident of  same locality entered in   her home and  beat her up alongwith her son Mukesh and she and  her  son  sustained  injuries.  HC  Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  RIOTING  AND HURT

 

5        Case FIR No.148/15  dated 20/06/15  U/S 147, 149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Harish Chander S/O  Late. Sh. Chingu Ram R/O  Palyani PO  Badsu Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/15  Mitter  Dev , Mukesh, Hosiyar Singh , Devki & Jassi  all the resident   same locality  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6        Case FIR No.83/15 dated 19/06/15  U/S 326(A), 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. . Satya Devi  W/O Sh. Kirat Ram R/O  Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/15  Karam Chand &  Tulsi Ram  resident of same locality threw  the  Acid upon  her   and also  threatened  her with dire consequence. HC  Ranjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  IT  ACT

7        Case FIR No.166/15 dated 19/06/15  U/S 66 (IT) Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on  the complaint of Sh. Harender Sen  R/O  Khanokhari PO  Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Nek Chand  created the fake  Facebook Account of his daughter  and  also uploaded   her picture  on said   fake  Facebook Account.  Insp  Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

8        Case FIR No.152/15 dated 19/06/15 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of   Sunny Kumar S/O Sh. Deep  Kumar  R/O  Barchhwar PO  Surajpur   Bari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 15/06/15  Ashu and Raj   obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND RIOTING

9        Case FIR No. 55/14 dated 20/06/15  U/S 307, 147, 148, 149 IPC &U/S 25 of Arms Act  has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Sh.  Vinod  Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram   R/O  Nadli PO  Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  he is working as a supervisor  in  Supermo  Company  at IIT Kamand. Today  laborers who were on  duty   opened the  fire upon the laborers who were  on  the  strike    as a result   Sunder Lal,  Gumat Ram, Bavir Singh  &  Ramesh Kumar   sustained injuries and  referred to  Zonal Hospital Mandi  after  first aid at CHC Kataulla.  ASI  Govind Pal  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.      

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10      Case FIR No. 54/14 dated 19/06/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials   at Sahal  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML  Country Liquor from the possession of  Suresh  S/O Sh. Hari  Singh   R/O  Gumarda PO  Kunnu Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is  investigating  the case

CHALLAN

11      170  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 31,400/-  was  recovered  and 13 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-  was recovered  and 1  challan was   issued under  Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
