1 Today Mandi Police organized one day workshop on POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice Act and Child Right Act in Police line Mandi under the campaign titled as " Operation Muskaan" . 8 participants of Mandi police participated said workshop and opening remarks delivered by Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia SDPO Sarkaghat and also sharing valuable suggestions on child right to Survival, Protection, Development , Participation as well as special provision relating to girl child.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , MISCHIEF AND CRIMIINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 61/15 dated 29/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 336, 355, 427, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Sharma S/O Late. Sh. Y.B. Kumar Sharma R/O House No. 331/13 Sauli Khad Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/15 he had gone to Kamand to supervise the work by Vehicle(HP33C-0369) which was driven by Manoj Kumar , in the mean time Kartar Singh R/O Barnala & , Khem Chand R/O Siram both have same P.O. Kamand Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi obstructed their way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also damaged their vehicle. SI Vinod Kumar I/C of PP Kamand is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
3 Case FIR No.142/15 dated 29/06/15 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Sharma S/O Sh. Y.U. Kumar R/O House No. 331/13 Saulikhad Mandi (HP) that the Managing Director of Power Himalyas Ltd. Solang Nala has fraudulently cheated him . ASI Anand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No.89/15 dated 30/06/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 29/06/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Thansar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 72 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession Surrender Kumar S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Thansar PO Ruhmani Tehsil Thunag PO Mandi (HP) . ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 85/15 dated 29/06/15 U/S 451, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Nayara PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/06/15 Nitish, Nagesh, & Shashi Kala entered in the courtyard of her home and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Vijay Kumar No. 411 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ARSON
6 Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 30/06/15 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Chunji Lal R/O Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 29-30/06/15 someone set his Car(HP30-2887) on fire which was parked by him near Tikker and he suspect that Ram Lal S/O Sh. Ram Sharan R/O Kanjru PO Churag set his car on fire ASI AmarNath I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
7 Case FIR No. 66/15 dated 30/06/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dheeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was present at Mahadev , in the mean time a Scooty (HP31B-1864) came rashly and collided with parked Jeep(HP31C-1719) at Mahadev . In this incident one person died and one sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION
8 Case FIR No. 161/15 dated 29/06/15 U/S 447, 434, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Kumar S/O Late. Sh. Babu Ram R/O Regad PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that 28/06/15 Damodari Devi removed t the boundary marks in his land and also abused him . HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
9 141 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20,300/- was recovered and 6 challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
