1 CASE OF RIOTING , HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 07/06/15 U/S 147, 149, 427, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Daya Ram S/O Sh. Shetu Vill. Dudhla PO Thachi Sub- Tehsil Bali Chowk Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/06/15 at about 6 :15 PM Dharam Chand , Damodar Dass , Chandu Ram , Shetu Ram , Dinu , Smt. Reshmu Devi all the resident of same locality beat him up alongwith his daughter Smt. Damodari Devi, Brother Fateh Ram & Daya Ram and they sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Bali Chowki I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2 122 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24,200/- was recovered and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
