CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 62/15 dated 14/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Village Serdh PO Siyanji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) stated that on 14/06/2015 at about 3:00 PM Pal Chand R/O Serdh obstruct her way abused her and beat her up. HC Ram Lal I/O of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No 65/15 Dated 15/6/2015 U/S 39 Of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Aut by SI Gopal Singh I/C PP Balichowki that on 15/6/2015 at about 10:30 AM he was on patrolling alongwith other Police officials at Larji and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 bottles of Illicit liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Tikam Ram Village Nishani PO Thachi Subtehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi HP. SI Gopal Singh I/C PP Balichowki distt Mandi HP is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3. 115 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 12100/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during the last 24 hours.
