1. Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 22/6/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Gohar by ASI Bodh Raj that on dated 22/6/15 at 5:30 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chandpur during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English wine and 30 bottles of country liquor from the possession of smt. Naratmu Devi w/o Sh. Sher Singh vill. Chandpur Thesil Chachiot Distt Mandi HP. ASI Bodh Raj is investigating the case.
CASE OF SUICIDE
2 Case FIR No.90/15 dated 22/06/15 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O Gagal PO Pujalag Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that her daughter Savita Devi was married with Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Harad PO Ropari Kalehru Tehsil Lad- Bhrol Distt. Mandi (HP) . But after some time of her daughter's marriage her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law started to harass her physically and mentally. On 16/06/15 she came to know that her daughter referred to Hospital Tanda as she was burnt by her husband, father-in-law & Mother-in-law by throwing some inflammable material upon her. Insp Sita Ram SHO of P.S. Joginderngar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 91/15 dated 23/06/2015 U/S 451,457,323,147,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rita Devi W/O Bharebtu Ram R/O Vill. Garoru Tehsil & PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP that on 22/06/15 she was present at home with her husband alongwith Bintu Ram S/O Kalu Ram R/O Arthi PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar distt Mandi HP also present at then home as a guest. At about 9:30 PM Sanddeep Kumar, Deepu S/O Pawan Kumar, Rita Devi W/O Pawan Kumar, Joginder & his wife Sapna Devi came to their home and start beating to Bintu Ram. They also threatened them with dire consequence . HC Sanjeev kumar I/O of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 168/15 dated 23/6/15 U/S 451, 323, 355, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the statement of Smt. Pooja Devi W/O Raj Kumar R/O VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on 23-6-15 at about 12:15 Smt. Hima Devi W/O Kala Ram and her Son Dipu entered in her courtyard/house and start abusing her. they also beat her up and threaten with dire consequences. ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT
5 Case FIR No.155/15 dated. 23-5-15 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Kumar s/o Om Parkash VPO Kaled Tehsil and Distt. Kangra HP stated that he is presently a driver in HRTC Deptt. and on 23-6-15 his duty was engaged with Bus (HP53A 1790) of Baijnath Depot. he was on route from Shimla to Baijnath and reached at workshop near Barchaur at about 12:15PM then Kuldeep Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Chand VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi abused him and beat him up. HC Ravi Kant is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 153/15 dated 22/06/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Insp. Chet Singh SHO of P.S. Balh that on 22/06/15 he was on patrolling alngwith other police officials at Gagal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Illicit Liquor from the possession of a person. Insp. Chet Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
7 185 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 24,700 has been recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- has been recovered and 1 Challans was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 700/- were recovered during the last 24 hours.
