CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 27/06/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Murari Lal Village Baganu Post Office Kotmorsh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi H.P. that on 26/06/2015 at about 9:15PM when he was going to his home by his scooter and reached at near Kotmorsh in the mean time Om Prakash, VPO Kotmorsh, Tehsil Sadar, District Mandi obstruct his way, abused him and beat him up. In this incident he got injuries. HC Jagdish Chand I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 87/15 dated 27/06/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dile Ram S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram Vill. Kadwar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi HP that on 25/06/15 at about 5:30 PM, Devi Singh S/O Maghu Ram Vill. Bhalwar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi and Besar Ram S/O Ram Dayal PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi obstract his way, abused him and beat him up. In this incident he got injuries.HC Birbal Singh I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

3. 208 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 39700/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
