CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 160/15 dated 29/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yog Raj S/O Sh. Data Ram R/O  Bhayarta PO  Chunahan Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/15   Nazeem, Kalu  &  Rafiq  obstructed his way and beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 28/06/15  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP  Bali Chowki  that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Kandi  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5  Ltrs. Illicit Liquor  from the   possession of  Durgi   Devi W/O Sh.   Tule Ram R/O  Kandi  PO  Balichowki   Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Bali  Chowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CRUELTY  BY  HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S  RELATIVES , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 28/06/15  U/S 498(A) , 494 , 323, 506 , 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Asha Devi  W/O Sh. Manoj  Kumar  R/O  Satain  PO Ahju  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.  Mandi (HP) that   she was married with   Manoj  Kumar  during the year 2014 . But after some time of marriage  her husband and father-in-law started to harass her physically and  mentally by demanding  dowry . On  22/06/15  her family members  beat her up brutally  and she sustained  injuries and  also threatened  her with dire consequence.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No. 141/15 dated 28/06/15  U/S 18, 20 of  NDPS Act  has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  by  SI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on  today  i.e. 29/06/15  he laid a nakka alongwith other police  officials   near  Paddle   and during the course of nakkabandi  he recovered 515  Gms. Charas ( Cannabis)  & 508 Gms.  Opium  from the possession of  Roop  Dass S/O  Late.  Smt.  Dharmi  Devi  R/O  Samalang PO  Thaltukhod  Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Ram Lal  I.O. of  P.S.   Sadar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

5          Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 28/06/15 U/S 451, 504, 323, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint  of Sh. Mohan Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Khub Ram  R/O Bananu PO    Bari Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/15  Joginder Singh  resident of same locality   entered in  his courtyard and  beat him alongwith his  family member.  ASI   Hem Raj  I.O.  of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 28/06/15  U/S 506, 504, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Singh  S/O Sh. Dharam Dass  R/O  Bari  PO  Bari  Gamanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/15  Mohan Singh came alongwith his  wife Parwati Devi and  beat him up and  abusing  him  and he sustained injuries. ASI   Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR  No. 65/15 dated 28/06/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC & 177 MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Sharvan Kumar Aarya S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O  Harwani PO  Upper Behli  Tehsil   Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 28/06/15  he was present near  Hotel Sangrila in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP33B-2850)  came  rashly and hit a Scooty (HP31A-8147)    from behind  and  four persons   sustained injuries in this mishap.  HC Ram   Lal  No.  543  I.O. of PS BSL  Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

8          Case FIR No. 59/15 dated 29/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Padhar on the complaint of   Smt.  Sita  Devi  W/O Sh. Param Dev  R/O  Beola PO  Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/06/15  Budhi  Singh  Meena Devi , Lalu Ram & Tota Ram  obstructed her way and  beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 29/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint  of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Budhi  Singh  R/O  Beola PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/06/15  Sita  Devi , Bagiro Devi , Sauni Devi & Jagdish Chand  resident of same locality  obstructed her way  and beat her up and she  sustained  injuries and  also  threatened   her with dire consequences. HC  Raj Kumar no. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

10        Case FIR No. 161/15 dated 29/06/15  U/S 336, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint  of  Smt.  Gayatri   Devi  W/O Sh. Bihari Lal  R/O  Lukanu PO  Khalaru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today  i.e.  29/06/15    her  daughter  was standing  at  HRTC Bus Stand  Sarkaghat , in the mean time, sudden  a HRTC Bus,   which was parked  nearby  her  move without driver and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Trilok  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the  case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

11        Case FIR No. 31/15 dated 29/06/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur by  ASI  Sandeep Kumar  that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  1680  ML  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Hem Singh  S/O Sh. Jonki  Ram  R/O  Rakhara PO  Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Sandeep Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating  the case.  

CHALLAN

12        146 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 37,500/-  was  recovered  and 11 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-  was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
