CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 25/06/15  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered at P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI   Rajinder Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper  that on 25/06/15  he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Slapper and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  14250 ML   Country Liquor from the possession of   Sulender Kumar  S/O Sh. Sukh Ram  R/O  Saroh PO  Slapper  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C  PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No.171/15 dated 25/06/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Raj  Kumar S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram  R/O  Darbathu PO  Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/06/15   a   Tata Safari(HR6T-6222)  came  rashly   from  Bilaspur side and hit  his Bus  and  four persons who were boarded on  said    Tata Safari  sustained injuries.  HC  Rajinder Kumar No. 908  I.O  PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

3.     Case FIR No. 158/15  dated 25/06/15  U/S 447, 427, 34 IPC has been registered at  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O  Dhatoli PO  Khudla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 14/06/15  Shiv  Dass   & Devi  Dass   both tare resident of   Datoli entered in his land and  cut down   the  trees  from his land .  SI  Praveen Kumar I/C  PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No.160/15 dated 25/06/15  U/S 341, 342, 506, 34 IPC has been  registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi  W/O Sh. Virbhader Singh  R/O  Pipli  PO  Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/06/15  Dina Nath came  alongwith his wife  Saroj  Devi  and beat  her up  and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Trilok   Chand  I.O.  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  

5.      Case FIR No.64/15  dated  25/06/15  U/S 447, 34  IPC has been registered at P.S.  BSL Colony  on the complaint of  Sh. Bhaduar Singh   at    present  Block  Forest Officer  Rohanda that during the intervening  night of   23-24 /06/15  Kuldeep ,  Dhani  Ram  &  Nand Lal entered in    forest land and  dig   said land with JCB .  ASI  Khalil Ahmad  I/C PP  Nihari is investigating  the case.   

 

CHALLANS

6.     170 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 29500/- was recovered and 21 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
