MONTHLY JCC-CUM-CRIME MEETING

1. Monthly JCC-cum-Crime Meeting of Mandi Police held today in Police Station Aut under the chairmanship of Sh. K.C. Rana, Addl. S.P. Mandi in which about 100 police officials participated.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 05/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dila Ram S/O Sh. Indru Ram R/O Vill. Sakraha PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/2015 a car (HP33C-2586) came from Sundernagar very rashly  and hit to persons. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3. Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 05/06/2015 U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Ganpat Ram R/O Vill. Bharan PO Ootpur Tehsil Ladbharo Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/2015 Babu Ram and Rajesh Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 06/06/2015 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Lower Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/2015 Nishu S/O Sh. Jashwant Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Desh Raj I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.  Case FIR No. 126/15 dated 05/06/2015 U/S 342,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O Late Sh.Hari Singh R/O Vill. Mile PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her son-in-law detained her at his home and beat her up. SI Vishal Rathore Incharge P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 05/602015 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli that on 05/06/2015 he was on poatrolling along with other police officials at Kotli bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O village Hart PO  & Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 59/5 dated 06/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O VPO Maloh  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a truck (HP11C-1045) struck with a car (HP01A-3918)  and five occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8. Case FIR No. 133/15 dated 06/062015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Ruldu Ram R/O Vill. Folakh PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt., Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/2015 Sunny along with another person obstructed is way and beat him up.

9. 148 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 29,000/-  was  recovered  and 1 challan   was issued  under COTPA and  fine of  Rs. 100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
