CRIME REPORT 22 JUNE

 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION  

1.      Case FIR No167 /15 dated 21/6/15 U/S 353,332,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on by  HHC Brij Lal  PP Slapper that on dated 21/6/15 at 12:30 PM HHC Brij Lal , ASI Rajendar Thakur and HC Rajendar Kumar N0 908  were going to law and order duty at Bhubana in the   mean  time Sihanu Ram and Gain Chand   obstructed  them from  discharging  their  lawful duty  and  also  beat him up .In this incident HC Rajendar Kumar & Brij Lal  injured .  Insp /SHO Madan Dhiman PS SunderNagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 21/06/2015 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the Statement of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Vill Dalah PO Padhar Distt Mandi HP  that on  20/06/15 at 10:00PM when he was coming from toilet  his  father Jai Ram obstruct his way and beat  him up and also abused him. In this incident Hari Singh sustained injuries. SI Sandeep Choudhary  I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND NEGLIGENT  ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 151/15 dated 22/6/15 U/S 336,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint  of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Fagnu Ram R/O VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on 21/6/15 at  9:30 PM when he was at his home at that time Santosh Kumar @ Pintu came to his courtyard and abused him and threatened with dire consequences. HC Rajmal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 152/15 dated 22/6/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Yograj R/O VPO Tikker Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 21/6/15 at  7:00 PM when she was working in her field at that time Ahalya Devi and her daughter Lata Devi came there and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries.  SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CHEATING  AND  FORGERY

5.      Case FIR No. 69/15 dated 22/06/15  U/S 420, 465, 406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Smt.    Nirmala  Devi  W/O Sh. Narotam Ram R/O  Ropa   PO  Kharmadha Distt. Mandi and Sh. Narotam Ram S/O Naru R/O  Ropa   PO  Kharmadha Distt. Mandi  (HP)   that  Ashok  Kumar S/O Sh. Jawahar Lal    R/O  Sanod  PO Kot   Sub-Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi   and Hemant Singh  S/O Sh. Brij Mohan  R/O 140 Majhli Spark Ajadpur Delhi -33 assured  to complainants   if they mortgage their property  in favour of them  then  they will sold their a  full loaded  Truck   of Apple @ Rs. 3 Lac. per Truck . On this complainants  sent 14 trucks  full loaded  with  apples  for  selling to   Hemant Kumar but he paid only  Rs. 500000 to the complaints  and  sum  of  Rs  37 Lac.  has not been paid as yet. Ashok Kumar & Hemant Kumar also  grab their  property dishonestly and  above both accused  also threatened to the complainants . ASI Naresh Kumar is investigating  the case.   

 

CHALLANS

6.      136 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 19800/- has been recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- has been recovered  and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600 were recovered during the last 24 hours.
