CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 129/15 dated 3/6/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Kamla Devi W/O Chand Ram R/O Village Soyara PO Balt, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi  that on  3/6/15 at 7:30 AM when she was coming  to her home from shop and when when reached at her field her nephew Tota Ram obstructed her way, abused her and beat her up and she  sustained  injuries  and  also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Rajmal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2       Case FIR No.44/15 dated 03/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Padhar on the complaint  of   Smt. Nira Devi W/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Mathanuail PO  Tandu Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/06/15  her husband  Kishan  Chand    obstructing her  way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Raj Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3       Case FIR No. 77/15 dated 03/06/15  U/S 452, 323, 324 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Roop Singh  R/O Majharnoo Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 03/06/15  her  younger son namely  Bittu entered  in her  home  and   beat  her  up alongwith her  daughter-in-law  namely  Reenu and they  sustained injuries. ASI  Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case. 

 CASE OF  KIDNAPPING

4        Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 02/06/15  U/S 363, 366, 120(B) IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh  S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O  Roso PO  Sadhot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing and he suspect that  Kaku  ,  Inder Singh ,  Savitri Devi   all the resident of  Nalyana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  kidnapped his daughter .  ASI   Naresh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE  OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT ,  MISCHIEF   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5       Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 02/06/15  U/S 451, 323, 506, 427  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of  Sh. Rewat Ram S/O Sh. Bhura Ram  R/O  Dharjol PO  Dev Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 01/06/15  Lucky resident of same locality  entered in the  courtyard of his home  and   beat him up  and also broke the  windows  of his  home .  ASI  Trilok  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        130 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,700/-  was  recovered  and 1 challan  was   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  and 7  challans  were    issued under  Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 1200 /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
