CRIME REPORT 28 JUNE

 

CASE OF HURT AND   INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR  No. 87/15 dated 27/06/15  U/S 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint  of  Sh. Dile Ram  S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O  Kadwar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/06/15   Devi Singh  S/O Sh. Maghu  Ram R/O  Bhalwar PO  Janjehli  Tehsil  Thunag Distt. Mandi  (HP) &  Besar Ram S/O Sh. Ram  Dayal PO  Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  beat him up and he sustained   injuries.  HC  Birbal Singh  No. 72 I/O of PP Janjehli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2         Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 27/06/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Gohar by   SI  Lal Singh  SHO of  P.S.  Gohar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Dograi  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  3750  ML  Illicit  Liquor from the  possession of  Sauji Devi  W/O Sh. Sohan Lal  R/O  Dograi PO  Chailchowk Tehsil  Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI   Lal Singh  SHO of  P.S. Gohar is investigating  the  case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  RASH AND  NEGLIGENT ACT

3          Case FIR No.174/15 dated 28/06/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC & 187 MV Act has been   registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Jagdish  Chand S/O Sh. Katku Ram  R/O  Jarol Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  27/06/15   unknown  Vehicle came rashly  and hit to a Motor Cycle(HP31A-8392)   and one person  died  on the spot  and  one sustained injuries  in  this  mishap.  ASI  Rajinder  Kumar  I.O. of PP  Slapper  is  investigating  the case.

CASE   OF  OBSTRUCTNG WAY  AND  H URT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4         Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 28/06/15   U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  on the complaint of Sh.   Khime Ram S/O Sh. Mohar Singh  R/O  Seri  Behar PO  Khokhan Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu (HP)  that on 27/06/15  Mohinder Jagdish Chand and  Amar Chand  obstructed  his way  and beat him    alongwith  his relatives  and   also threatened  them with dire consequences.  ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O. of  P.S. Aut is  investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5          210  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 35,800/-  was  recovered  and 6  challans  were     issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
