CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 93/15 dated 24/6/2015 U/S 341/323/506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Sharma S/O Sh. Jagdamba Parsad R/O Vill. Chho PO Chalharag Tehsil and PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP that on 23/6/2015 he was on his duty at Fire Post Jogindernagar at about 10:50 PM his wife telephonically told him that she is ill, so he took one hour out pass from Fire Officer and went to his home when he reached near Machhyal, then a bolero jeep silver colour without number plate came there and Prem Dyal ,Vinay,Billu, Makhan and some other persons came out from jeep and obstruct his way and beat him up, and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND's RELATIVE
2. Case FIR No. 157/15 dated 24-06-15 u/s 498A,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on complaint of Smt. Somna Thakur W/O Sh. Som Nath Verma R/O Village Nala -Ra- Gehra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Baldwara Distt Mandi HP stated that she married with Som Nath on 03/12/14. After some time of marriage (1) Som Nath S/O Sh. Dharm Singh (2) Dharam Singh (3) Shakuntla Devi W/O Dharam Singh start to harrash her mentally and physically for dowry. On 07/04/15 her Mother-In-Law gave poison to her. SI Parveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF HOUSE TRESSPASS AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 169/15 dated 25-6-15 U/S 451, 504 IPC IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the statement of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O VPO Baroti Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on 24-6-15 at about 10:00 PM Roshan Lal S/O Mahant Ram R/O VPO Baroti entered in her courtyard and abused her. HC Parbhakar Sharma I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.

Roshan Lal R/O Village Upper Baroti PO Baroti Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on 24-6-15 at about 9:30 PM she and her daughter Namely Promila going to her neighbor Sant Ram's House at that time Kamla Devi W/O Prem Lal abused her and Rama Nand S/O Kaila Ram obstruct her way and beat her up and Babli W/O Shyam lal R/O VPO Baroti threaten her with dire consequences. HC Parbhakar Sharma I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 157/15 dated 24-6-15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the statement of Lekh Raj S/O Saran Ram R/O VPO Behna Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on dated 24-6-15 at about 6:45 PM when he was going to his home his brother Kundan Lal and his Sister-In-Law Panjki Devi obstruct his way abused him and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 158/15 dated 25-6-15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the statement of Kundan Lal S/O Saran Dass R/O VPO Behna Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on dated 24-6-15 at about 7:30 PM Lekh Raj obstruct the way of his wife Panjki Devi and beat her up and when his son kamlesh came to save her mother, he also beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
7. 156 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 21500/- was recovered and 22 Challans has been issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2500/- was recovered and 1 Challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
