CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1       Case  FIR No. 66/15 dated 17/06/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered P.S. Aut on  the  complaint of  Sh.  Teja Singh  S/O Sh. Amar  Singh  R/O  Chalyala PO   Mahani Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu  that on  17/06/15  he was  going to Banjar to Kullu  by  his  Motor Cycle (HP49-1584)    and  when  he reached  near  Manglore, in the  mean time a Private Bus (HP49-1584) came rashly and  hit to his  motor Cycle and  he  sustained to injuries.   HC Narpat Singh  No. 886  I.O. of  PP  Balichowki  is investigating  the case.  

 

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2       Case FIR No. 67/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Uttam  Ram  R/O  Tepar PO  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 17/06/15  he   was present at  Panarsa  Bazzar  , in  the  mean time   a Car (PB19H-0022) came rashly  which was  driven  by  Jagwant Singh  S/O Sh.  Sardar Kuljeet  Singh   R/O  Sulhani  Tehsil Firojpur  (PB)   and  hit  to  Ramesh Sharma S/O Sh. Lekh Raj  Sharma   who  was crossing the  road  and   Ramesh Sharma   sustained   the injuries.  HC Sanjeev  Kumar  No. 69  I.O. of P.S Aut is investigating the Case.  

 

CASE OF   FOREST  ACT  & NDPS ACT

 

3        Case  FIR No. 82/15  dated 18/06/15  U/S 41, 42  of Indian Forest Act  & 379   IPC & 20  of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  SI  Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar that on  18/06/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Oyari and during the course of  checking of Vehicle (HP33D-1921)  he recovered  5 Logs of  Deodar & 7  Gram   Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of   said  Vehicle  driver   namely  Naresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Vadeya PO  Bhangrotu Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO   NEGLIGENT ACT

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

4        Case FIR No. 81/15  dated 18/06/15  U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Param Dev  S/O Sh. Chaitru Ram  R/O  Deyol PO  Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on 17/06/15  an   Alto   Car(PB57B-3084) came rashly  and  fell  down 250 Feet  downwards from the  road at  Bagachanogi  and  both occupants  namely  Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Payre Lal  Arjun Nagar Distt.  Jalandhar  (PB)   &  Surender Bhalla S/O Sh. Kishan Chand House  No. 28  (A)  Ashok  Vihar  Jalandhar(PB)  died on the spot . HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917   I.O. of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

5        Case FIR No.159/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 451, 504, 506, 34  IPC has   been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Chhitru  S/O Sh. Sadh R/O   Patyala PO Sihli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/06/15  Bansi Lal , Smt. Darshan Devi , Kansi Ram  all the resident of  same locality  entered in the courtyard of his home and   beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Brij  Lal  I/C of  PP  Dehar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No.160/15  dated 17/06/15  U/S 451, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman  Lal  S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O   Khanyod PO  Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 17/06/15  Sher Singh  S/O Sh.Harman R/O  Khanyod entered in the courtyard of   his home and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence.  ASI  Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  OBTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7        Case FIR No. 161/15 dated 18/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi  W/O Sh. Fidru Ram R/O  Tarot PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/06/15  Inder Singh  resident of same locality  obstructed her   way and beat him up.  HC  Pawan Kumar  No. 919  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8        Case FIR No. 162/15  dated 18/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Chirag S/O Sh.  Surinder Singh  R/O  Kehnwal   PO  Tilli  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/06/15  Gopal  Chand  obstructed  his way and  beat him up  and  also threatened  him with dire consequence.  HC Tek Chand  No. 3  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

  CASE  OF ANIMAL ACT AND  MISCHIEF

9        Case FIR No. 150/15 dated 17/06/15 U/S 429 IPC & U/S  11 of  Animal  Act   has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  SI  Parveen Kumar  I/C of PP Hatli  that on 17/06/15 Mohar Singh  S/O Sh.  Kanshi  Ram  R/O  Kot  loaded the  5 No. of  Oxes in his   vehicle  with cruelty.  SI  Parveen  Kumar  I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

          CASE OF CHEATIING  AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY ,

10      Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 17/06/15  U/S 120(B), 419, 420, 467,  468, 471  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal  S/O Sh. Ghanshara Ram R/O  Pasal PO  Chauntra Tehsil Joginderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Rukho Devi   W/O  Sh.  Hari  Singh   &   Hari Singh  S/O  Sh.  Ghanshara Ram  R/O    Main  Bharola PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  have  made the fake  certificate  of   age to gain the benefit of   "  Bridha Avastha  Pension" .   ASI  Tersem Singh  I/C of PP  Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

11      241 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 36,100/-  was  recovered  and 9 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 900/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
