PROHIBITION
ON CARRYING ARMS
After the announcement of election Model Code of conduct District
Magistrate Mandi exercising powers vested in him U/S 144 CrPC has prohibited carrying of fire arms, explosive and lethal weapons in whole of the District Mandi with immediate effect till the declaration of
results of elections. Any person violating this order will be severely punished
under the law. It is therefore requested that all license holders may deposit
their Arms immediately with their concerned police stations.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR No
273/12 dated 7/8/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the
complaint of of Smt Indra Devi W/O Sh Ghanshyam R/O Vill Gaushal ( Lower
Manyana) PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Mandi
Distt Mandi (HP) that on 7/10/12 at
about 7.30 PM when she returned from his sister's house along with
her child at home then she found that the lock of the house was broken
and golden ornaments and Rs 26000/-
which were put in the bed box were stolen by unknown person on the intervening night
of 6/7-10-12 .HC Manoj Kumar No 50 I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case
FIR No. 280/12 dated
7/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered by ASI kuldeep chand I/O
PS Balh that on 7/10/12 at about 5-30 PM when said ASI was on
patrolling along with other police
officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML
illicit liquor from the possession of Naryanu Ram S/O Muni Lal Vill Gharwasra PO
Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi from
his house ASI kuldeep Chand
I/O PS Balh is investigating the
case .
CASE OF
EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 281/12 dated
7/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise
Act has been registered in PS Balh on ASI Shemsher
singh i/o PS Balh that on dtd 7-10-12 at about 6-40 pm when he
was on parolling along with police party
during
the course of patrolling he
recovered 3750 ML illicit Liquor from
the possession of Sansar Chand S/O Gokel
Ram Vill Sahyoli Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi
from his house producted illicit liquer in his house during the raid 3750 ml illicit liquor
recovered from the house .ASI Shemsher Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case
CHALLAN
4 64 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8100-/-
was recovered under MV Act and 10 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 1000 recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours
