CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.      Case FIR No.307/12 dated 22/10/12  U/S 61 of   Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by HC Ram SinghNo. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 22/10/12  at about 4.20PM he  was  on patrolling along with the other Police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of  Mast Ram S/O Sh. Charnu Ram  Vill Gharwasara PO Leda  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is  being carried out by HC  Ram Singh No.66 I.O. of PS Balh

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.       Case FIR No. 308/12 dated 22/10/12  U/S 61  of Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on  patrolling alongwith  other Police officials at Ghayater and during the course of patrolling he recovered  45000 ML country liquor from the possession of Jitender Kumar  S/O Sh. Satya Pal  R/o Vill Ghatyer PO Kapahi  Distt Mandi (HP).  Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I/O of  PS Balh.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 309/12  dated 23/10/12  U/S  279, 337 IPC has  been registered  in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yog Raj S/O Thakur  Singh  R/O Vill. Pathan  PO Kot PS Gohar  Distt Mandi (HP) that he is conductor with Ravindera Bus Service (HP32-7315) and today at about 12.15PM when said bus reached at Nerchowk. A L.P. Truck (HP64-8695) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit his bus due to which 14 passengers sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh   is investigating the case.   

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Kadaru Ram R/O Vill. Thanog PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 20/10/12 Som Krishan, Bala Nand S/O Sh. Nahru Ram and Smt. Lata W/O Sh. Som Krishan obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF COMMITTING AFFRAY

5. Case FIR No. 283/12 dated 22/10/12 U/S 160 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chnd S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Chanehani PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 22/10/12 at abut 3 PM Praveen Kumar,Mukesh Kumar, Ashwani Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar were quarreling at Baldwara bazaar and created inconvenience to the general public. HC Hem Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli ia investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, OFFICENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 284/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 341,353,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Dutt R/O Vill. Bharari PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he is serving as driver in HRTC Depot Sarkaghat. On 22/10/12 at about 05.30 PM Roop Lal S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Chowki PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat obstructed him and beat him up. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

7. Case FIR No. 287/12 dated  22/10/12 U/S  341, 323 , 43 IPC has  been registered in PS  Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Kumar  S/O  Late Sh.  Chand  Ram  R/O Vill Jolla  PO  Padhiun  Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi  that  on 22/10/12 at about  8.45 PM  he was going to his house by his M/Cycle and when reached nearby Talyahar  Bhim Singh  and  Jsswant Singh  obstruct his way and beat him up. ASI Amar Singh I/O of  PS Sadar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8. 78 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  3 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
