1. Case FIR No 268/12 dated 04-10-12 U/S 406,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of sh Noordeen Village Kalash PO Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 22/8/12 he entrusted of RS. 20000/-along with truck which was loaded with 200 cement bags of ACC to Kaku S/O Jagga R/O Kot with this intention to unload the Truck of cement at Ludhiana and on the return of this he had to bring bricks for him but after unloading the truck he instead of bringing the bricks for which purpose he had entrusted RS. 20000/-with him he loaded Loha Mitti from Ludhiana and unloaded the same at Barmana where he collected RS.8000/- as fare of the Loha Mitti. ASI Rajender Kumar I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY ,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 269/12 dated 04/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vinay Kumar S/O Sh Amrit Lal Village Kalash Ward No 4 Sarkaghat that on dated 04/10/12 at about 6 PM when he was present near by bus stand Sarkaghat in mean time Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh Hem Singh Village Chunehar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat and his brother Kuldheer Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Kumar I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 04/10/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of sh Amar singh S/O Sh. Khazana Ram R/O near ITI Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that yesterday i.e 3-10-2012 at about 5-30 PM when he was going on his motor cycle A/F ropari klehru and when he reached near by Tramat in mean time Car No( PB-3U-2341) came with rashly and hit his m/cycle and he fell down on the road and sustained injuries .case is being investigated by ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta .
CASE OF KIDNAPPING , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 157/12dated 04/10/12 363/323/500/506/ IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Bhim singh R/O Galu PO Dul Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that she got marriage with Bhim Singh before 11 years ago .after 3 years he start torture to her on dated 27/09/12 when she produce a application u/s 125 Cr PC before LD JMIC-JNR then her husband kidnapped her child from B.P.Sr.S.School when she went to carry to her child from school then her husbend used abusive language and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Subhash Chand I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case .

5. 103 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 15,650-/- was recovered under MV Act and 8 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 900 recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
