CRIME REPORT 21 OCT

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 122/12 dated 20/10/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta, SHO P.S. Gohar that  on 20/10/12 at 05.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Dadwa Kelodhar and during the nakka he recovered 1 Kg 200 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Om Prakash S/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O Vill. Dadwa PO Bada Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Naveen Jhalta, SHO P.S. Aut.

CASE UNDER GAMBLING ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 20/10/12 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI (Prob.) Sakini Kapoor I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 20/10/12 at about 6 APM he was on patrolling along with other police official and during the course of patrolling he caught red handed to Chaman Lal S/O Late Sh. Ram Daya; R/O Panjangna PO Dull Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Singh R/O Vill. Shanan PO Dull Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Jogeshwar Singh R/O Panjangna PO Dull Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP), Panna Lal S/O Sh. Thakur Singh R/O Vill. Panjangna PO Dull Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Praveen Kumar S/O Late Sh. Sonfi Ram R/O Vill. Panjangna PO Dull Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) who were gambling near bridge Mandi. He has also been recovered playing cards and cash amounting to Rs. 1800/- on spot from them. All accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Sakini Kapoor I.O. of P.S. Jogndernagar.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

3.     Case FIR No. 186/12 dated 21/10/12 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pawan Kumar W/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Bhated Slapper PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 07.15 AM she was going to her fields for taking grass and when she reached near the house of Babu Ram, his pet dog bite her from her leg. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

4.     Case FIR No. 305/12 dated 21/10/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Ram S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Garsoul PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/10/12 Gopal Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I. O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

5.     Case FIR No. 286/12 dated 20/10/12 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Vandana Rana D/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Pali Muhalla Bidlo Ka Bass Badshah Ka Jhanda H. No. 7 Durga Bhawan Distt. Pali Rajasthan at present C/O Sh. Kamal Kant Thakur near Employment Exchange Paddal Distt. Mandi that she gave her golden ornaments to Sujeet Kumar S/O Sh. Ravinder Nath R/O VPO Radha Bhalabpur Tehsil Bali Diwan Ganj West Bengal for sage guard. Now said Sujjet Kumar went to his home along with her ornaments and also switched off his mobile phone. SI Chanchal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 166/12 dated 20/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Reema Devi W/O Sh. Dilu Ram R/O Vill. Mahota PO Jassal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi  (HP) that a maruti car (HP11-5757) came from Shimla side very rashly and fell down about 100 mtrs. downward. Both occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 167/12 dated 21/0712 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Durga Dutt VPO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he works as salesman in wine shop at Katlu and today at about 10.15 AM he was present in his shop, in the mean time a utility (HP30-2156) came from Karsog side very rashly and fell down about 100 mtrs. downwards from the road and all three occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Chhaju Ram No. 60 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.     74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8,100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
