CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram Incharge Police Post Pangna that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shilnu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 KG 336 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Megh Raj S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Sarcha PO Pressi Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jhabe Ram I/C P.P. Pangna.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut that she laid a nakka along with other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of checking a Jeep (UP85AF-1000) she recovered 29 gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Raju S/O Sh. Dharamveer R/O VPO Goverdhan Indira Colony Shok Road Distt. Mathura (UP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF DEATH BY HANGING

3.     Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Amrit Lal R/O Vill. Jhanjhel PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi aged about 20 years old died by hanging in his home. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat and dead body handed over to the relatives.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 82/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Hem Raj R/O H. No. 29 near HPSEB Colony Sundernagar that today at about 06.45 AM he was present in his shop, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31A-5269) and another with out registration number came from Changer side and collided with each other and in this incident one pedestrian and one M/Cycle rider sustained injuries. HC Sant Ram No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

5.     Kanaihya Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Rampur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR NO. 118/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Vill. Darbathu PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 09/10/12 he came from Thunag along with Om Prakash and Ramesh Chand owner of car (HP33A-1292) which was driven by said Ramesh Chand.  When they reached at Katlog driver Ramesh Chand lost control over it and said car rolled down about 100 mtrs. downward from the road and all occupant of said car sustained injuries. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 323,325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kushama Devi D/O Sh. Lehanu Ram R/O Kharihar Thara PO Kharihar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/12 Biri Singh, Hans Raj, Kamla Devi and Makriru Ram beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Rajinder Kumar Addl. SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8.     Case FIR No. 275/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gaushal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Hari Singh S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Gaushal PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Balam Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 

CHALLAN

9.                        75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 16 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
