CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1        Case  FIR No. 271  dated 03/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act has been registered  in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Basanti Devi W/O  Bali Ram  Vill. JangalPO kathyoun Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on  2/10/12 at about 4:50 PM when she was coming to her house Janlag and  reached near slapper  in mean  time one  unknown m/cycle came from kalkhar side and hit her from back side and run away from the spot and she sustained .HC  Suman kumar No.39 I/O  PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND’S RELATIVE

2        Case FIR No. 265/12 dated 3/10/12 U/S 498 (A),34 IPC has been registered  in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Promila devi W/O Kashmir Singh R/O Ropru PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband beats her regularly after  the marriage and her mother in law  also  gives the support  to her son  for harassment . SI Naveen Jhalta I/O of  PS Sadar is investigating the case .

CASE OF HURT

3        Case FIR No 266/12 dated 03/10/12 U/S 324,504 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Kartar Singh village Lasrana PO Sandhole Distt Mandi that on  03-10-12 at about 1.45 PM Sushma Devi W/O Sh Sher Singh R/O Lastana beat her up  and she  sustained injury.  ASI Naresh Kumar I/C PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4        Case FIR No 267/12 dated 04/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered  in  PS Sarkaghat by  HC Chaman Lal No 28 I/C Naka Barier Bhambla Cum IO PP Hatli PS Sarkaghat that on the secret  information he recovered  3000 ML Country liquor from the possession  of    Praveen Kumar S/O Ishwar Dass Village Ramehra PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat (HP). Accused has been arrested and further  investigation  is being carried out  by HC Chaman Lal  No. 28 I/O of PP Hatli   

CASE OF SUICIDE

5        Case FIR No. 266/12 dated  4/10/12 U/S 306 IPC has been registered In PS Sadar  on the  complaint  of Smt. Koura Devi W/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O  village Uperli Suradi PO Nechali Suradi Tehsil sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she has three children in which one girl namely Nirmla has been married with Parkash chand S/O Badru Ram VPO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi 9  yrs ago.The father -in -law of her daughter harassed  her and beaten her daughter. Due to cruelty of her daughter's father in law her daughter  got suicide .Case  is being investigated by ASI Sawarn Roop Singh I/O of  PS Sadar.

CHALLAN

   6     125 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,450/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
