CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 99/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Viplav Kumar S/O Sh. Yeshwant Singh R/O Vill. Chauta PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 10/10/12 at 09.30 PM he received a call of Jeevan Prakash S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar from his mobile No. 9857321564 in his mobile No. 9459054293 who used filthy language to him. Today at 9 AM he went to Tandu where above Jeevan Lal started to abusing to him and in the mean time Devender Kumar, NAresh Kumar, Chetan all resident of Mehar PO Tandu came there and beat him up. HC Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Nand Lal No. 41 that on 10/10/12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotropi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 13500 ML country liquor from the possession of Mauji Ram S/O Sh. Kanhaiya Lal R/O Sasti PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.
CHALLAN
3. 106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
