CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

1.      Case FIR No. 171/12 dated 27/10/12 U/S 448,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Bansi Ram S/O Late Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Ward No. 2 Garauru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that Smt. Kalawati W/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O VPO Bihun Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), Lata Devi, Anant Ram and Nishu all resident of  Ward No. 2 Garauru broke the lock of his shop and took his shop in their possession forcibly. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2. Case FIR No. 170/12 dated 26/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Piar Chand S/O Sh. Tahlu Ram R/O VPO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he was going towards Jalpehar on foot and on the way an unknown M/Cycle hit him and he sustained injuries. ASI Parshotam Dass I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No 315/12 dated 26-10-12  U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Surandhi bridge and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Nek Ram S/O Sh. Sauju Ram R/O Vill. Kot PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 171/12 dated 26/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Bachan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 26/10/12 he was on traffic checking  along with flying squad team of and during the course of checking he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Bardu Ram R/O Vill. & PO Shakra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Bachan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, INTIMIDAION AND ASSAULT

 

5.      Case FIR No. 99/12 dated  26/10/12  U/S 341,504,355 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj Thakur that Naveen @ Nishu S/O Sh. Kamal Nain R/O VPO Balichowki stopped his vehicle, threatened and humiliated him ASI Ashwani Kumar Incharge Police Post Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

 

6.      Case FIR No. 291/12 dated 26/10/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Sukka Koon PO Sehali Tehsil Kotali Distt. Mandi (HP) that her brother-in-law hit her with a brick and she sustained injuries. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 

7. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8400/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and  5 challans were  issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
