CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

1. Case FIR No. 310/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Sh. Gurdash Ra, R/O Vill. Doh PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 22/10/12 she went to Union Public School Rewalsar to bring her child from school, in the mean time she was informed by her sister-in-law (Jetahni) that main door of her house was opened and almirah was also found opened. When she came back to her home, she found that jewellery of worth Rs. 40,000/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits.  HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 311/12 U/S 23/10/12 U/S 325,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Garsoil PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi that Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Param Chand R/O Garsoil PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3.      Case FIR No. 312/12 dated 22/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 23/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ratti Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of  Ram Payari W/O Late Sh. Naryan Dass R/O Vill. Ner Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh.

 

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4.      Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 326,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chhotu Ram S/O Sh. Budhu Ram R/O Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/10/12  Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and also attacked upon him with a knife. ASI Shanti Sawaroop Singh I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

5.      Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of P.S.Sundernagar that on 23/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 522000 ML (696 bottles) country liquor from the possession of  Hari Chand S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Alsu PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP). SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 189/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI  Shanti Swaroop Singh I/C P.P. Slapper that  on 23/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 27000 ML (36 bottles) country liquor from the possession of  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O Kayan PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Shanti Swaroop Singh I/C P/P  Slapper  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7.      Case FIR No. 170/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bihari Lal S/O Sh. Lachhi Ram R/O Vill. Chamroga PO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/12 Hem Raj S/O Sh. Bhim Singh R/O Vill. Chamroga PO Sainj Bagra Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chhaju RamNo. 60 I.O.of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 285/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Jhamphar Ram R/O Vill. Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/12 Rajender Kumar  his wife Pinki Devi and his daughter Santoshi and Jayoti obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

9. Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 23/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Shobha Ram R/O Vill. Fruti PO Kothi Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 23/10/12 he along with his friends S/Sh. Vir Chand, Bihari Lal, Devi Singh, Nikka Ram, Lal Singh, Balbir Singh, Shyam Lal, Janjal Ram, Man Singh and  Santosh Kumar went to Kullu by a jeep (HP62A-1693) which was driven by Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Vill. Manchhani PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) and when they reached at Banala More, driver Raj Kumar lost control over said jeep and fell down from the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

10. 92 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and  7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
