CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No 316/12 dated 28/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh  by  HC Ram Singh No 66 I/O of PS Balh that on 28/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Serla Khabu and during the coruse of patrolling he recovered 72000 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Pitamber Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O Village Serla Khabu PO Thinna Galu Tehsil Sadar District Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF RIOTING

2.      Case FIR No 288/12 dated 28/10-12 U/S 145,147,149 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Prithi Singh S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Hawani PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 28/10/12 at about 6 PM Vijay Kumar, Dinesh Kumar, Ram Pal, Prince, Ajay Kumar , Sonu and Sunny  were beat him up. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C of  P.P. Dharmpur  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sh. Chandan Sharma S/O Sh. Lekh Raj Sharma VPO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that today at about 8 AM Raju, Lucky and wife Raju were entered in his courtyard and beat him up along with his brother Rahul and they sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Nag Raj R/O Vill. Katipari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Rahul and Chandan obstructed   his way along with his wife and beat him up along with his son and also abused. ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLURY AND THEFT

5.      Case FIR No.172/12  dated 28/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Babu Anoop Sharma, R/O Tharoo P.O. Aehju, Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that   she went to attend a marriage near by  her native place  when she came back to her home   she  found  the locks of doors were broken and inside the almirah was also found open. On checking she found that golden jewellery along with cash of worth Rs. 3000/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits. ASI Satpal Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 76 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,400/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  2 challans were  issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
