CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

1.     Case FIR NO. 285/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak S/O Sh. Roop Lal VPO  Badsu  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/10/12  at about 4.30 PM  he was going along with his friend Luckey by his Scooter No. (HP33-4521)  and when they reached  near  Lohra, his friend Luckey struck the M/Cycle with a   three-wheeler  parked  on the road side and they both sustained injuries. SI Chanchal I/C High Way is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR NO. 119/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of  PS Gohar that on 11/10/12 at about 5.30PM  he laid a nakka along with other police officials at  Jagohi Nala and  during the Nakka he recovered 2,16,000 ML Country Liquor from  a car (HP65A-0125)   of Rangila Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill.  Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of PS Gohar  

CASE OF ARMS ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 163/12 12/10/12 U/S 25 of  Arms Act has been registered by ASI Nasresh Kumar I/C PP Bassi that he received secrete information that  Prem Chand S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Chho PO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HPhas possessed a gun with out licence. On this search of the house of above mentioned person was carried out and he recovered a single barrel Topidar gun along with 12 topis (caps) of above gun from the possession of above metnioend person. ASI Naresh Kumar I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR no.164/12 Dated 12/10/2012 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar on the  complaint of Sh.  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Kanarag  PO Panjalag Tehsil-Ladbharol Distt Mandi (HP)  that on  12/10/12 he was going to  CHC  Ladbharol along with his wife by a Jeep (HP01-1201) and when he reached  nearby  Kathon, Man  Singh laid a heap of stone on the road and blocked the road. Said Man Singh also used filthy language and also threatened to the complainant. HC Naresh kumar No.862 I.O. of  PP Ladbharol  is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by HC Dole Ram that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Machkehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  4500ML Country Liquor from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Sobha Ram R/O Machkehar Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi, HP.  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Dole Ram No. 867 I.O. of  PP Ghatta.  

CHALLAN

6.     97 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
