Karam Chand R/O Nela PO Duder Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been taken the loan on the behalf of his land No. 39/42-51( three Bighas ) from the PNB Branch Majhwar but above said person sold this land to another person Gopal S/O Brij Lal R/O Nela PO Duder Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 81/12 dated 1/10/12 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS BSL COLONY on the complaint of Smt. Kiran Devi W/O Late Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Vill Segali PO Upper Behali Teh Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that on 1/10/12 at about 3:40PM Smt. Dima Devi W/O Chet Ram Vill. Segali entered into her house and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Karan Singh No24 I/O of PS BSL Colony is investigating the case .
CASE OF THEFT
3. Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 1/01/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar JTO Ladbharol that during the midnight of 28/09/12 some unknown culprits stolen away the cable wire Dugdhar to chotti Chakker having total length 1100 MTR .Total cost of stolen cable wire is approx. Rs. 38000-/- HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O PP Ladbharol is investigating the case .
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVE AND SUICIDE
4. Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 498A, 306, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Raj Kumari W/O Late Sh. Lalit Kumar R/O Near Sanatan Dharam Sabha Sultanpur Kullu Distt. Kullu that her daughter Sawati was married along with Vijender Kumar S/O Lal Chand Vill. Baag PO. Jachh Tehsil Chachiot in Nov.2010 . After marriage her husband, Father-in-law, brother-in-law have been harassed her by demanding dowry and also beat her up and due to regular harassment on 21/0912 above said Sawati committed the suicide . ASI Ram Krishan I/O of PS Gohar is investigating the case .
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

Accused Amit kumar S/O Puran Chand R/O Trand PO Gangoti Ladbharol & kartar S/O Shesh Ram R/O Patran PO Gangoti Ladbharol Distt Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No. 156/12 dated 1/10/12 U/S 379 IPC in PS Jogindernagar Arrested by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O PP Ladbharol . They will be produce before the Ld Court JMIC /JNR today that i.e.2/10/12
Accused Chiranji Lal S/O Late Paras Ram R/O Village Kandar PO Khurahal Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No 145/12 dated 18/8/12 U/S 447,379,504,506 IPC PS Sundernagar . Arrested by HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 on 1/10/12 at 4 PM and he will be produced before the Ld Court JMIC /SNR today that i.e. 2/10/12.
CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

Case FIR No 264/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Beli Ram S/O Narain Singh R/O Takrehar PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that School Leaving Certificate issued in favour of smt. Minki Devi, Smt. Sunki Devi and Sh. Panjku Ram, who are working as class-iv employees, L/Man in the HPSEB Sub-Division Sandhole, Distt Mandi HP that similar school leaving certificates has issued fraudulently. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
7. 130 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,350-/- was recovered under MV Act and 14 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 1500-/- recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
