CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 107/12 dated 30/10/12 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Vill. Kaloun PO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 12.15AM Charan Singh R/O Surahan came to his home and told him that a tractor No. (HP65-0477) fell down at Kenchi more. On this he rushed to the spot and saw that driver of said tractor Biri Singh S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Vill. Kaloun PO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

2.     Case FIR No. 83/12 dated 30/10/12 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Rangilu Ram R/O Dhanrasi PO Kalauhad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his son Surinder Kumar who was married with Rekha Devi committed suicide due to harassment/maltreatment by his wife Rekha Devi.  SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3.     Case FIR No. 317/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dhanjay S/O Lakshman vill. Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/12 at 5 PM Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Nayan Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4.     Case FIR No. 318/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Thakur Dass VPO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on n29/10/12 at 5.15 PM Ashu S/O Sh. Bhadur Singh VPO Diyargi entered in his shop and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

 

5.     Case FIR No. 319/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ashu Kumar S/O Sh. Bhadur Singh VPO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 29/10/12 Suresh Kumar and his son Dikshit Kumar obstructed his way and they both beat him up. HC Rakesh Kumar No. 871 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6.     Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 29/10/12 U/S 341,323,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Kashana PO Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/10/12 at Jori a Tata Sumo (HP34C-0153) took over the bus and parked said vehicle in front of the bus in which he was travelling and four persons came out from said vehicle and they beat up the passengers of said bus and Sh. Mohinder Singh S/O Sh.  Prem Singh vill Kashana, Smt. Sanjeeta Devi W/O Sh. Rati Ram R/O vill. Tapper sustaine injuries.  ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

 

7.     Case FIR No. 173/12 dated 30/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mohinder Kumar S/O Sh. Devaj Ram R/O Vill. Delag PO Soma Kothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present JBT G.P.S. Somakothi that there was gazetted holidays on 27-28-29/10/2012 and today he came to the school and found that lock & door of office of the school were found broken. On this he called Sh.  Sher Singh, vice president   and entered inside the room and found that material of mid-day meal having approximately cost of Rs. 3075/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits. HC Chhajju Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

8.      44 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and  2 challans were  issued under Mining Ac during last 24 hours.
