1. Case FIR No. 275/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 447,427,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Khaleloo resident of Village Bihun Manotla Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 06-07/10/12 Smt. Durgi Devi W/O Sh. Prabh Dayal, Mahinder Singh S/O Sh. Prabh Dayal both are resident of village Dhabol Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) and Ram Lal S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/.O Vill. Bihun Manotla entered in the land of the complainant and cut down the grass from the land of the complainant. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 276/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 279,34A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Shali Ram R/O Barot PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 05.30 PM he was going to his home and he saw that on the road some unknown vehicle hit to Sh. Shiv Ramm S/O Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Vill. Bahan PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi who died on the spot. HC Hem Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 276/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Vaidya S/O Sh. Krishan Vaidya R/O H. No. 277 Ward No. 3 Jail Road Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/12 Prem Chand, his son Satinder Kumar, his daughter Santosh Kumari and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and they also threatened to him. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER DISFIGUREMENT ACT
4. Case FIR No. 277/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P. City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 04.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Z Plus Institute advertising degree courses of BCA and MCA at Jail Road Mandi were put on the electricity police at School Bazaar Mandi. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 278/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Inder Singh I.O. of City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 05.25 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Z Plus Institute advertising degree courses of BCA and MCA at Jail Road Mandi were put on the electricity police at School Bazaar Mandi. HC Inder Singh I.O. of City Mandi is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 279/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 06.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Thanera Muhalla Mandi and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Certified Accounts Professional 100% Job Guarantee were put on the telephone and electricity poles. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7. Case FIR No. 280/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh S/O Sh. Bal Krishan R/O Vill. Chhota Bhuien PO Bhuntar Distt. Kullu (HP) that he is driver with a HRTC bus (HP66-1793) OF Kullu Depot and on 12/10/12 he was on duty with said bus and when said bus reached near Sauli Khud Mandi, a car (HP23A-2435) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and driver of said car struck it from wrong side with his bus. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY, THEFT AND UNDER ARMS ACT
8. Case FIR No. 175/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC and 25,28 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chandan Lal S/O Late Sh. Thakar Dass R/O H.No. 192/4 Ward No. 4 New Dhadial O Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he has given two sets of his ground floor on rent to Anju Devi and Jayoti Devi. On 12/10/12 his tenants were not present in their rooms. At about 11.30 PM he was sleeping in the ground floor and he heard some sound. On this he wake up and he saw the light in the room of Anju Dev (tenant) and on suspicion he switch on the door bell, in the mean time one unknown person came from the room the Anju Devi (tenant) holding a katta (desi pistol) in his hand and a bag in another hand. He made a noise for help and he succeeded to caught him with the help of his neighbourer. He recovered 57.370 gram jewellery from his possession having approximately cost of Rs. 1,50,000/- and he was indentified as Karam Singh S/O Sh. Garja Ram R/O Dhawali PO Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
9. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Amar Singh Raghea S/O Late Sh. Khoob Ram, Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Late Sh. Khajan Singh and Sh. Bhgi Rath S/O Late Sh. Bhalkhu Ram R/O Vill. Dodhwan PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that in Gram Panchayat Kapahi all development works are being carried out by the Pradhan of G.P. Kapahi Smt. Kaushlya Devi and there is some forgery and dishonesty is involved in these development works due to direct involvement of above Panchayat Pradhan in execution of these development works. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

10. Case FIR No. 174/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 279, 427 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Deepak S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Vill. Slapper PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 12/10/12 he was watching T.V. in his room and in the mean time he heard loud noise and he came out from his room and saw that a truck (HP24A-2475) struck with his house and damaged the house of the complainant and truck driver ran away from the spot. HC Tara Singh No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O VPO Karsal Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that her husband is serving at Gurgaon. On 11/10/12 Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sinha Ram resident of same locality entered in her room, beat her up and also used filthy language and he also threats to her. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
12. 130 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
