CASE OF PUBLIC  SAFETY

1        Case  FIR No. 270/12 dated 02/10/12 U/S 283IPC has been registered  in PS Balh by  HC Rakesh Kumar that  when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk then during the course of patrolling  he found   Sh.Anish Kumar S/O Sh. Banarshi Dash R/O VPO Nerchok was  selling  the fruit on the road which created obstruction to the traffic and general public . HC Rakesh Kumar No. 870 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

2        Case FIR No 265/12 dated 02/10/12 U/S 452,323,324,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Vikram Puri S/O Sh V.R. Puri R/O Village Gandhi Nagar Jammu J&K at present pvt clinic near College Barchhwar Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 02/10/12 two unknown person entered into his Quarter and beat him up  and he sustained injury .ASI Subhash Kumar I/O of  PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

3        Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise -Act has been registered in PS Karsog by  HC Kama Kant  that on 2/10/12 when said HC   was on petrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 3000ML Country liquor from the possession of  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Net Ram village Seri Bengol Distt Mandi  from his tea-stall . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is bein  carried out by HC Kamal  Kant No. 860 I/O of PS Karsog .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

4        Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered  in PS Karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Karam Singh Village Mumel PO Tehsil. PS Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 2/10/12 at  about 7:30 PM  when he was  present in  his Shop  in mean time Tilak Raj S/O Nageshwar , Ramesh Kumar and one unknown person  came into  his shop and beat him up. ASI Sohan Lal I/O  PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

5        Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 3/10/12 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered  in PS Karsog on the  complaint of  Kalawati W/O  late Sh. Sanki Lal village Khanora PO Bhanthal Tehsil. PS Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 1/10/12 when she was present in her house in mean time  Sudama S/O Sh.Man singh Village Khanora  entered into her house’s courtyard   and beat her up.HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of  PS Karsog is investigating the case .

CASE AGAINST PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

6        Case FIR No. 94/12 dated 02/10/12 U/S 174(A) IPC  has been registered in PS Aut  by HC Harbans Singh No. 58  that on 02/10/12  when he was searching the Proclaimed Offender Satpal S/O Nek Ram R/O Vill Gawalar POJhatingiri Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in Case FIR No. 60/12  dated 15/05/04 U/S279,IPC & 187, 181 MV Act  and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld Court JMIC -4 Mandi on 13/09/12    has been  arrested by ASI Mohar Singh I/O PS Aut  and produced before the Ld Court  today i.e. 3/10/12 .

CHALLAN

7        89 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 13,100-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 13 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 1400 recovered under COTPA  and  1 challan           were   issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
