CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 279/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 341,324,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Banka Ram R/O Balyanagri PO Dhalara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/10/12 at about 05.30 PM Vijay Kumar and Ashok Kumar both are resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI  Naresh Kumar I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 293/12 dated 15/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Chaitru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/10/12 Khillu Ramj S/O Sh. Kanthi, Rinku R/O Kathyal obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 294/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh.Amar Singh R/O Vill. Chhakhi PO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Ram Lal and Soni obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rakesh Kumar No. 871 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No. 295/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Labh Singh R/O VPO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he was going to his home and when he reached at Kansa Chowk, in the mean time Sanjay Saini, Shihnu Saini and obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali that on 15/10/12 at 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jarol and during the course of patrolling he carried out checking of a bus (HP65-2279) and recovered  9000 ML unclaimed country liquor from said bus. ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

6.     101 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 12challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
