CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT & MISCHIEF

1.     Case FIR No. 287/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 447,379,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Raj R/O VIll. Chuari PO Sawan Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur at present TGT Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya Pandoh that he purchased a piece of land at Bhangrotu and laid a boundary wall having 4 feet height and 56 feet length on his land. On 12/10/12 Sanjeev Kumar damaged the above boundary wall and also stolen away material of said boundary wall.  ASI Lachhi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 288/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 14/10/12 at about 5.20 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Balt and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Krishani Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Vill.Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 289/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 14/10/12 at about 5.20 PM he was on  patrolling along with other police officials at Balt and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Chanchla Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O Vill.Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Vijay Kumar No. 866  I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 290/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Rakesh Kumar No. 871 I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 14/10/12 at about 5.20 PM he was on  patrolling along with other police officials at Baggi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Lata Devi W/O Sh. Hukam Chand   R/O Vill.Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rakesh Kumar No. 871 I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 291/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. 80  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 14/10/12 at about 5.20 PM he was on  patrolling along with other police officials at Baggi  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250  ML illicit liquor & 5250 ML country liquor from the possession of Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Lal Singh NO. 80  I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CHALLAN

6.     115 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 11challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
