CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 86/2016 dated 03/08/2016 U/S 279 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Pal S/O Late Sh. Ghanshyam Dass Gupta R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was coming back along with his family from Bijli Mahadev by his car (HP33E-0242) and when he reached near Aut tunnel, a vehicle (HP49-1848) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and hit his car and driver of said vehicle sped away from the spot. HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 204/16 dated 03/08/2016 U/S 279, 337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Atish Kumar S/O Sh. Hirda Ram R/O Vill. Sanyarad PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Sadar Mandi that on 02/08/2016 Karam Singh was riding his M/Cycle (HP33C-9732) rashly and negligently at Sanyardi and due to rash and negligent riding he fell down from the M/Cycle and succumbed to his injuries at Z.H. Mandi. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 195/16 dated 03/08/2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vicky Sharma S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar VPO Kashmaila Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/08/2016 he was present in his hotel at Kangu, in the mean time a vehicle (HP34B-0013) came very rashly and fell down from the road. HC Rajender Kumar No. 908 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 70/16 dated 03/08/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Inder S/O Late Sh. Todar Ram R/O Brahmfald PO Taurjajar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on today Bhawna Devi D/O Sh. Achhru Ram Sharma obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

5.      Case FIR No. 222/16 dated 02/08/2016 U/S 353,332,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written application of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Karyal PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted veterinary hospital at Kangoo-Ka-Gehra. On 02/08/2016 at about 10.30 AM, Tek Chand resident of R/O Vill. Kangu-Ka-Gehra entered in Veterinary  Hospital and beat him up and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Kamal Kant I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6.      230  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 35,400/-    was  recovered, 26 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.2600/-   was   recovered    during last 24 hours.
