CASE OF NDPS ACT

1         Case FIR No.  90/16 dated 04/08/16 U/S  15 of  NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  by  ASI   Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar that  today   he was  on  patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  Hospital Chowk BBMB Colony  Sundernagar and during  the checking of  Bus (PB07X-8219)  he  recovered  22 Kg. 350 Gram  Poppy  Husk   from the  possession of  Prem  Singh  S/O Sh. Dhan  Singh  R/O  Helambu PO  Targ-Marg Tehsil  Chadush District  Sindhupal Chowk Anchal Bagmati( Nepal)  aged  60 years  old .  ASI  Shiv  Kumar I.O. of   BSL Colony   Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 205/16 dated 03/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  S.I. Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  that  on 03/08/16 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials  near  Baloh and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Liter Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Chet Ram S/O  Sh. Hirda Ram R/O  Baloh Tehsil  Sadar District Mandi  (HP). S.I. Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No.  130/16 dated 04/08/16  U/S  341,  323, 324 , 504  IPC has been registered  in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv  Ram  R/O  Nani Dhar PO Chauntra Tehsil  Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  on 03/08/16 when  he was present   at Khopu, in the mean time  Rajesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Prakaram Chand  R/O  Nani Dhar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way  and beat him up  and   he  sustained  injuries.  HC Chman Lal   No. 38  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 117/16 dated 04/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 504,506  IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Gohar on the complaint of  Smt.   Pinki Devi  W/O Sh. Dole Ram R/O  Behlidhar PO  Thunag  Distict Mandi (HP) that on 03/08/16  when she was  going to her  land, in the mean time  Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Surat Ram R/O  Behlidhar came there   and obstructed  her way  and beat her up  and  also threatened  her with  dire consequences.  HC  Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of  PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 5          276  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 54,300  /- was recovered and 46 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
