CRIME REPORT 16 AUG.

                                                                          

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 218/16 dated 15/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Daya Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Dadour PO Dhaban Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 15/08/16  her  son  namely  Shivam  was   going to  shop  and when  he reached at  Dadour, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP33C-3063) came rashly from   Bhour   side and  hit  her  son and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case  FIR No. 138/16  dated   15/08/16 U/S 336, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj Sharma S/O Sh. Udho Ram Sharma Ward No. 3  Jogidnernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 15/08/16  while   peoples of the  locality   were  present  at   old  Mela  Ground Jogindernagar   on the  occasion of    celebration of     independence  day,  in the mean time   balcony/gallery   of    Nagar Panchyat  Bhawan suddenly   busted  and  five persons   sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 95/16 dated 16/08/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sunderngar  by  ASI  Pushap  Dev  Incharge of  Police Post  Nihari that on 15/08/16  he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  7 Bottles of   Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Uma Dutt S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O  Kelodhar PO  Pressi Tehsil Nihari District Mandi  (HP). ASI  Pushap Dev  I/C of  Police Post Nihari is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4          121  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 16,900/- was recovered and 35 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3900/-was  recovered  and 6  challans were  issued  under  Mining  Act and  fine of Rs. 11,200  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
