CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

1          Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 06/08/16 U/S  451, 427,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal  S/O Sh. Prem Singh  VPO  Janjehli Tehsil Thunag  District  Mandi  that on 05/08/16 when he was present in his shop, in the  mean time  salesman of  wine shop namely  Lalit Kumar   came alongwith  Nand Lal &  Naresh  Kumar , entered in his shop and   abusing him and also broke the  door of his shop. SI Gopal  Singh  I/C  of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case  FIR  No.  198/16 dated 05/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar  that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other  police officials at  Bhour and during the  checking of  Car (HP33ET9489)  he recovered  13,5000 ML   English  Wine ( 15  boxes of  English Wine )  from the possession  of owner of   said  car namely Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Kumar Vill Dhangu P O Ratti Tehsil Balh District  Mandi aged  20 years old. SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CHEATING  AND  CRIMENINAL  BREACH OF  TRUST

3          Case FIR No. 132/16 dated 05/08/16 U/S 420, 406   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Bragta   EPFO ( Employee Provident  Fund officer)  Enforcement Kullu that  Rajan Aggarwal S/O Sh. Shiv  Kumar   Aggarwal M/S  Leroy Infra Pvt. Ltd. Bassi.  According to complainant  above said  company deducted the  Provident  Fund  of Employees  w.e.f. 08/15 to 06/16 and  did not  deposited said amount   so far into the statutory  Fund .  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP  Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 225/16 dated  05/08/16  U/ S 354,  345(D) , 506 , 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of a   girl R/O  Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that  on 04/08/16  she was  coming  back to her home  from college and when she reached near Hukkal, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(  HP53-5358)     which was ridden by Sahil Khan S/O Basir Deen R/o Jhajhel PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkagha and  another  Ilam Deen  S/O  Rehmat ali Vilage Dinak Dugrai PO Kanad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP  came there and tried to outrage  her modesty   and threatened her with dire consequences.   Accused  have been arrested  and  further  investigation is being  carried  out by SI  Sandeep Choudhary   SHO of  P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF  HURT

5          Case FIR No.224/16 dated 05/08/16  U/S  325 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Santosh Kumari W/O Sh. Hoshiyar Singh  R/O  Khalihan PO   Narola Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP)  that on  31/07/16  Suman Devi , Munshi Ram  &   his wife  beat her up  and she sustained injuruies.  ASI  Kamlesh I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 227/16 dated 05/08/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ranjit Singh  S/O Sh. Nikka Ram  R/O  Saron PO  Cholthala Tehsil  Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP) that on 05/08/16  he was present at Awahdevi  Cholthara  Road , in the mean time a  Motor  Cycle (HP28A-2438)  came rashly from  Awahdevi side and hit  a lady   who was   going  alongside the road  and she sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 28  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7          281  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 39,700 /- was recovered and 33 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4100/-was during last 24 hours.
