ARREST OF ACCUSED PERSON BODH RAJ INVOLVED IN CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT

1. Today a team of Mandi Police led by HC Dola Ram No. 869 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi succeeded to arrest another accused namely Bodh Raj @ Bodu S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Dagyail PO Kalni Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 21 years old who was wanted in case FIR No. 188/16 dated 14/07/2016 U/S 457,380,511 IPC of P.S. Sadar in which accused  tried to commit theft from the chest of SBOP Indira Market, Distt. Mandi (HP)

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case  FIR No.  124/16 dated  16/08/16  U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC   has been registered in P.S . Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Indira  Devi  W/O Sh.  Gita Parkash  R/O  Lather PO  Bassi  that  on  16/08/16  at about  5:30 PM Pushpa  Devi came alongwith   three ladies and  obstructed her way and   beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC  Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.

    CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

3.  Case FIR No. 125/16 dated  16/08/16 U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Puspa  Devi W/O Sh.  Girdhari Lal R/O  Damahar Po  Bassi Tehsil Chachiot  District  Mandi (HP0 that  on 16/08/16  Indira Devi  resident  of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up.  ASI  Om Parkash  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 96/16 dated  17/08/16 U/S  39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar by   ASI Pushap  Dev   I/C of  P.P. Nihari  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials   and during the course of patrolling he recovered  11 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the  possession of  Naresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O  Karla PO  Doghari Tehsil  Nihari District  Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Pusahp  Dev  I/C of P.P. Nihari is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5.  Case FIR No. 139/16 dated 16/08/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  HC  Mangat Ram   No. 898  I.O. of  PP  Lad-Bharol  that  he was on  patrolling  alongwith  other police  officials  and during the course of patrolling he found  that  a  rehari was laid on the road  by  Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Prem   R/O  Fatehagarh  PO  Sirsi Tehsil  Muradabad  presently   residing at  Chobin  which was causing obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic. HC  Mangat is investigating the case.

    CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

6. Case FIR No. 142/16 dated 17/08/2016 U/S 451,324,323,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O VPO Hiun Pehad Tehsil Dharampur  Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is salesman in a wine shop at Tulah on 16/08/2016 Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Vill. Chhullah PO Tulah Tehsil Ladbharol Distt.  Mandi (HP) entered in said wine shop and beat him up. ASI Sandeep Kumar Incharge P.P. Ladbharo is investigating the case.

7.  275  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 25,600/- was recovered and  13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
