CASE OF CHEATING
1 Case FIR No. 248/16 dated 30/08/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Ram Singh VPO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that he met with Arjun and he introduced himself as a businessman in USA in Hotel industry and he also invited application form from the complainant and also asked to deposit Rs. 3 Lac in lieu of to provide the Job him in USA in a Hotel . On this complainant and his friend deposited Sum of Rs. 3 Lac. in the account of said person . But now he did not attend the call of complainant and his friend. SI Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF SUICIDE
2 Case FIR No. 235/16 dated 30/08/16 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Dhangu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh District Mandi(HP) that on 27/08/16 his brother namely Ram Saran committed suicide due to regular harassment by his in-laws and their relatives. SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 98/16 dated 30/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Dr. Sudhir Mittal S/O Sh. Dharam R/O House No. 167 Model Town Jalandhar District Jalandhar (PB) presently posted as Professor in Dental College Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 30/08/16 he was going towards Dhanotu by his Car( PB08CL-0147) and when he reached near Dhanotu Bridge , in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP31B-2061) which was ridden by Bhim Dev came rashly and negligently and tried to overtake from wrong side and hit his car as a result said motor cycle rider alongwith two other person who were also sitting on said motor cycle sustained injuries. ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 224/15 dated 31/08/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Bhag Chand R/O & PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 30/08/16 Desh Raj entered in her courtyard and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences . ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 148/16 dated 31/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dagi Ram S/O Sh. Banku Ram R/O Dhanehar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 28/08/16 Amar Singh S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Dhanehar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Thakur Singh R/O Jhalwan PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 29/08/16 Mohd. Raffi entered in his courtyard , obstructed him and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
275 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 43,500/- was recovered and 31 challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3100/- was during last 24 hours.
