1 Case FIR No. 209/16 dated 11/08/2016 U/S 39 of H.P Ex.Act has been registered at PS Sadar by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles Country liquor from the possession of Hans Raj S/O Kaul Ram village Baggi PO Sehali Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi . ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 93/16 dtaed 11/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Kuldeep Chand SHO of P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Jhiri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Jhiri Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Chand SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 206/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the by ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Slapper that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sudahan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 210/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Hazara Singh VPO Nangalkhurd Tehsil Haroli District Una (HP) that on 11/08/16 he was going to Kullu by his truck (HP72-0463) and when he reached at 7 mile , in the mean time a Jeep(HP65-3974) came rashly from Mandi side and hit his said truck and ran away from the spot and driver of said truck sustained injuries. HC Yaspal I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Som Dev R/O Narla PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that he is working as a driver with Private Bus(HP75-5919). On 11/08/2016 he was going towards Kullu from Palampur alongwith said Bus and when they reached near Hanogi, in the mean time a Jeep(RJ32GB-4386) came rashly from Kullu side and hit his bus . 6 Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Surjan Singh S/O Shy. Ram Singh R/O Bah PO Kelodhar Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/16 he was coming from Bagsiad by private Bus(HP65-1712) which was on its way from Janjehli to Mandi and driven by Hira Singh S/O Puran Chand vill Bukhalagar P.O Jarol Tehsil Thunag at about 12:30 PM when they reached near Seema Dhar, in the mean time driver of said Bus los the control on said Bus due to rash and negligent driving and fell down from road as a result 16 passenger who were boarded on said bus sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

16 Case FIR No. 122/16 dated 12/08/16 U/S 451, 509, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Neena Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Bahaw PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/16 Lal Man S/O Sh. Bhani resident of the same locality, entered in her courtyard and abusing her in filthy language and also beat her up. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
17 245 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 29,600/- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
