CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 98/16 dated 29/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Leela Mani S/O Sh. Alam Chand R/O Ruhru PO Aut Sub- Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that on 29/08/16 he was waiting for Bus at Ruhru and about 8:25 AM a Private Bus "Karan Coach" (HP66-1614) came from Jawalapur to ds Kullu very rashly and negligently and when said bus reached at Ruhurudhar near Nau it fel down from the road about 100 feet downward from the road and 61 passengers of said bus got injured. A team of local police rushed to the spot immediately to rescue the injured and Sh. Hitesh Lakhanpal, HPS, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs.) Mandi also visited the spot and supervise the rescue operation. 56 injured persons are under treatment at R.H. Kullu, 3 injured persons are under treatment at Kullu Valley Hospital and 2 persons are under treatment at CHC Nagwain, Out of which one injured person has been referred to PGI for further treatment from R.H. Kullu. Insp Neel Chand SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 79/16 dated 28/08/16 U/S 323, 325, 498(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Ishwar Dev R/O Tarwahan PO Barot Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that she was married with Ishwar Dev, but soon after of her marriage her husband started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry. On 18/08/16 her husband beat her up brutally and she sustained injuries. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
3 Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 28/08/16 U/S 279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has been resigered in P.S. Karsog in the complaint of Sh. Padam Nabh S/O Sh. Madhav Ram R/O Kelodhar PO Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 28/08/16 when he was present at Kelodhar, in the mean time he heard the loud noise and he rushed to the spot at Pendho where he saw a Car (HP06A-2153) fell down about 150 Mtr. downward from the road which was driven by Gain Chand @ Gopal S/O Sh. Jiya Lal R/O Sherthi PO Mehadhi Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP)aged 27 years old and three persons namely Sh. Ghan Shyam S/O Thakur Dass Village Darkadhi PO Seri Banglow Tehsil Karsog age 34 years , Smt. Nito W/O Ghanshyam Village Darkadhi PO Seri Banglow Tehsil Karsog aged 29 years old and Smt. Usha @Sapna W/O Gain Chand Village Sherthi PO Mehadhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi aged 27 years old who were also boarded said car died on the spot and driver namely Gian Chand of said car declared brought dead by M.O. of C.H. Karsog. SI Sunil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 223/16 dated 28/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gurdev Singh S/O Sh. Jashwant VPO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 28/08/16 he alonwith his daughter-in-law were going by his Car and when they reached near Dhadyaal, in the mean time a three-wheeler came rashly from Shish Mahal side and hit his Car(PB10-DG9668). This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said Three-Wheeler namely Shiv Ram. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 234/16 dated 29/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sachin Verma S/O Sh. Dharam Chand Verma R/O Behna Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 28/08/16 at about 06:45 PM he was going towards Mandi by his Motor Cycle(HP33C-3637) and when he reached at Gutkar in the mean time a Car(HP33C-7960) came rashly and negligently from Mandi side and hit his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
154 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 25,600/- was recovered and 132 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 13,300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
